We stayed at the hotel for two weeks with our five children. I've seen other comments that the staff is not friendly. I could see why people think they are not friendly, Hong Kongers are not overly friendly in general. That being said, the staff was very accommodating and took care of anything we asked. Our flight out didn't leave until 7PM and they held our bags at the concierge after check out until we needed to leave for the airport while we did some last minute shopping. The hotel is very close to the MTR station and the bus stop, so it's very easy to get around. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and Mc Donald's right by the hotel. It's also only about 10 minutes by bus to the New Towne Plaza, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, and the beginning of the 10,000s Buddahs trail. We loved the relaxing pool and the gym is great. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to visit Hong Kong.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were soft and the bathroom and toilet very convenient as they were separate. They also had free shuttle service going to the nearest MTR station.

Great hotel and outstanding, very polite and helpful staff. The room is spacy and very cozy. Bed is extraodinary comfortable and everything is sparkly clean. The hotel a bit croudy, bit this is completely clear, becouse that accommodation has 1000 rooms. No extra noises. Room is extremly quiet. And, once again would like to note, that all hotel staff are absolutely amazing.
