CanadaIt’s directly across from the airport which is great for if you are flying into or out of Split. You hardly hear any planes coming and going. The view is phenomenal and it’s right at a beach edge. We had lost a property last minute and the owners were so incredibly kind and very friendly, lovely hosts!

THE PLANE DELAY OF TWO HOURS AND VERY BAD NAVIGATION IN THE CAR IS THE REASON FOR MY NOT ARRIVING FOR ONE NIGHT.STILL, I WILL GIVE THE HOTEL GOOD MARKS EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T EVEN SEE IT AND DID PAY FOR IT. MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK.

The food was exceptionaly good ( we had not just breakfast...
The food was exceptionaly good ( we had not just breakfast but dinner too) Our hostes ( Ursula) and her family is friendly, helpfull and knowledgable of the area.Ursula and her mom are great cooks.The food is home made from home grown ingredients and healthy!!
The room is comfortable, clean and the view is amaizing.

Being within walking distance of the airport yet set in a...
Being within walking distance of the airport yet set in a peaceful garden with sea view, the apartment was perfect for 2 couples on our last night in Split. It is also within a short Uber ride from Trogir. The bathroom and kitchen had necessary supplies, beds and furniture were comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. Down the road, a local, casual restaurant served excellent food at a reasonable cost.

It's a nice city with it's old houses and good restaurants. Close to Split, Trogir, Krka national park (1 hour). The newer area of the city offers enough supermarkets and stores. No shopping areas, really.
Church-bells on every day morning at 6, 7 am and longer bells at 7:45 ... was a bit disturbing and wakes you up.
At least during the 2 months of vacation season they could consider to switch this off.
I mean: Who needs to know that it is 6am or 7am especially at weekends, when on vacation? Who does not have a watch nowadays?
Consider the airport is 10 minutes away.

We were only there for 6 hours and it felt too long.
We were only there for 6 hours and it felt too long. I booked it to be close to the airport. Maybe if we'd checked in earlier it would have felt less creepy, but our room's lighting was awful and it was dark and empty. More like a hostel but expensive for what it offered.

The Airport Split apartment was imaculate, comfortable and beautiful. I would stay there again and look forward to it. I was a bit confused when our taxi dropped us off. I thought it was a hotel not an apartment. It all worked out because one of the neighbors helped us and the owner also came to make us comfortable. It is a lovely apartment. There is a beach and a restaurant within walking distance and it is a 10 minute walk to the airport. It was great!

Kastela is a suburb near Split which has 7 small villages...
Kastela is a suburb near Split which has 7 small villages and is an easy driving distance from Split. The beaches are small and pretty and not crowded at all. The sand varies from being quite coarse to large pebbles and the waters are crystal clear. There are some sports activities like jet ski. The food is amazing and is a lot less expensive compared to Split. The area is hilly so be prepared for a bit of a trek if you are exploring on foot.

We appreciated the explanation of how to turn on the hot water and AC. The snacks in the fridge helped to fill the edge until we got to the restaurant. The entire apartment is clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay. We had to catch an early flight out and were able to easily walk to the airport from the apartment. I would definitely stay there again.
