Everything was absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself, the room...I was amazed. The swimming pool on a rooftop was amazing as well. Location is plus 5! But, the kidness of staff was out of this world. This type of hospitality is hard to find and for all reasons mentioned, I cannot wait to come back!!! Highly recommended place and city to visit 🥰.

Osijek is a charming small city with a beautiful Drava river promenade, perfect for walks. The old town, Tvrđa, offers many cafés and nightclubs and is easy to reach by tram or affordable taxis. The city has a cozy center, great restaurants, welcoming people, no traffic congestion, and a lovely café and pastry shop in Hotel Osijek with a river view.

We are visiting Slavonski Brod for third time for a night...

We are visiting Slavonski Brod for third time for a night due to long travel by car. The city is nice and calm, so it is a good place to relax! We visited Restaurant "Jelen" and were completely satisfied with the good food and service!

Remarkable town.

Remarkable town. Busy, growing, a Mecca for entrepreneurs and established businesses, etc. Being located in an agricultural dominated environment - it offers much more than ones would expect: a folklore festival every year - called "Vinkovacke Jeseni". A must see! Also, excellent food with local recipes and ingrediencies. And ... a rich history reaching back to the Roman Empire.

Vukovar is a very laid back, peaceful, and charming little...

Vukovar is a very laid back, peaceful, and charming little city by the Danube river. It has a must-see museum of the ancient culture (ask for Vucedol), then the memorial center of the Homeland War where one can see from the close view the selection of the weaponry as a proud (and sad) memory to war for independence, freedom, and democracy, next part of which is the monumental water tower that is now converted to another memorial of our fight for freedom and independence, not to mention the memorial part of the Vukovar hospital, testifying to the hard time people of Vukovar had gone through, the memorial cemetery. Vukovar has a charming city center, with a nearby waterfront, and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants serving authentic food, including river fish (as a stew or grilled), that this area is proud of. And a visitor should not confine his visit just to Vukovar, but stretch his visit to charming nearby sites to the north (Dalj and Erdut, when vineyards, wineries, and authentic restaurants can be enjoyed) and to the southeast (Ilok, with old wine cellars and wine selections). To the west, one can visit the city of Osijek, the largest city in Slavonia region, as well as Vinkovci, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Europe, as historians and archeologists would like to point out.

Dakovo is calm, safe and very chill.

Dakovo is calm, safe and very chill. Walking around at night was fine for a single woman - lots of restaurants and cafes. Ivandor Horse Farm was idyllic and lovely -not normally something I would do but it was really really picturesque and almost meditative.

Absolutely loved my stay in Požega! Požega is such a beautiful city — full of charm, history, kind people, and surrounded by stunning nature. Everything was peaceful and welcoming. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would happily come back again. A true hidden gem in Croatia!

Beautiful city with rich history and amazing architecture, big square in the center. Thermal water is definitely risen to visit city. I was waiting to see ginko biloba tree for long time. Finally, l had a chance to sit down under the over 200 years old ginko with glass of orange juice. Thank you ginko and thanks to friendly ladies who made my visit wonderful. Thank you Daruvar I will come back.

It is a lovely town. Not too big or small.

It is a lovely town. Not too big or small. A lovely fresh market and park. We were on our way through Bosnia so it was a perfect half point stop for us. I felt safe and comfortable. The apartment was perfect- clean and new with attention to detail. The owner was very prompt and helpful. We recommend Nova Gradiska as a place to visit. It would be better to have a minimum of 2 days.

The building looked nice from outside.

The building looked nice from outside. The rest was all and all awefull. No working airco. Room 30c Bugs in bed and room Needed to open te room which resulted in light Bathroom bad condition When asked for another room the manager didnt bother helping us. As well didnt offer any way to excuse herself by for example give a discount. Or it actually should be free of charge. Breakfast was horrible. Dry old meat. Instant coffee. I litterly cannot understand how this place should have 4 stars. I recommend nobody to sleep here.

Fabulous city with beautiful buildings, river, scenery and parks plus interesting history. Well worth a visit, with seasonal direct Ryanair flights from London Stansted make it a great summer vacation or city break! Lovely friendly people and great restaurants too!
