Interesting tourist place on the mountain, quite and peaceful. We stayed for one night. Large room. Everything was fine.

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

It was a marvelous stay 'in the middle of nowhere' in the deep forest in the mountains. The food was extremely delicious, the room big and clean, the staff very helpful and speaking fluent English. This is a perfect place for hiking, cycling outside the city life.

Modern, spacious room with comfortable bed. Polite and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner (we had half-board) was tasty with lots of options. Amazing wellness, the panorama sauna is unique.

The hotel is well situated in the Matra mountains. We were well received at reception and offered welcome drinks. Our room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotels facilities were more then adequate. Good value for money.
