This hotel was so delightful! Located on the hillside overlooking the sea, it was so adorable. We loved the old-fashioned key, there was plenty of room for our family of four, and the staff was so kind and personable! The food there was also great and they had plenty of vegan options for my husband! Not to mention, the hotel dog, Belle, who led us down the path to the beach and played endlessly with my kids.

We loved everything about the Connacht! From the accessibility to the fitness and pool area, the check in process and the room-it was fantastic! The hotel restaurant and bar staff were our favorite part of our trip. They were all so friendly, accommodating and made our experience so memorable. We took the train from Dublin to Galway; the Imperial is 1 block from the train station. The front desk staff was awesome as was the restaurant staff, very attentive. The bell boys deserve a shout out, took our luggage up to the 2nd floor and back down when we checked out, they arrived withing 5 minutes of calling the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

You have to check out the Latin district and market square. We ate at dough bros and our pizza was delicious! If you have kids(or are just fun and whimsical yourself) they have some carnival rides in the square. We rode the ferris wheel and the merry go round and it was a lot of fun.

This is just the loveliest place to visit and stay a while. The tourist office will guide you to great things to do! Guys on the Main Street is a good choice for eating. There are many restaurants to choice from. It’s easy to walk around the town and window shop. And if you can visit whilst the arts festival is on, that’s even better! You’ll want to return…

Cleanliness in the room is first class. Furnitures are shiny and spotless up to the highest standard. Staffs were professional and welcoming. Friendly and very happy to help. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, the accommodation delivered on every promise of comfort and luxury. When we entered our room, the smell was lovely and refreshing, the bed looks so beautiful and comfy, room very clean and presented nicely and bathroom very clean and shiny. A special thank you to the staff Trixie and Jackie for making our stay so memorable

The overall village look was lovely....but some of the pub standards were very poor and run down....I know this can add to a traditional feel but the Guinness in the pub was poor, as this is a tourist area, this needs to be much improved and the pub we ate in the service was good but overpriced completely....I thought Kinvara would have been better and I would certainly visit but would not need to stay for very long....I was expecting better but I appreciate everyone is trying to make a living and the season is almost over....
