Absolutely EVERYTHING, I am just sorry to be traveling solo this time and not with my wife and our baby boy accompanying! I think I got lucky enough to get offered the “suite” of the hotel, great room with big windows and views over the bay, bed with a mattress with a feeling like “sleeping in the clouds”, nice decoration. And the pub is simply LEGENDARY. The pub food is the best I have ever tried in Ireland (and I lived there for near 8 years before) both in quality and variety. I got also B&B and the breakfast was a la carte with no restrictions. The music live sessions going on every evening where simply class, great covers of all time classics. A true pleasure to enjoy there the grand finale of the Six Nations and Ireland’s historic Grand Slam. The hotel is at the Bray seafront within 5 minutes walking distance to the DART and close to many shops and the Main Street. The reception ladies were super polite and attentive and the young lads waiters were all courteous and kind. Rooms cleaned and serviced every day

Turned off the heat too early and the fact you couldn't bring drinks up was kinda annoying along with everything closing so early it said 12 but bar closed at like 10ish.. Half 9 at my stay...very innocent especially if you wanted to get some water...had to be careful with being locked out and waiting around to get let in because ethe staff wasn't at the ewsoection desk...over over it was good enough and alright for the price I guess I paid compared to more hostels main issue was the heating it was very cold

Enniskerry is a beautiful relaxing area to visit, lots to see and do. Powerscourt House and Gardens is certainly worth a visit as is the lovely Powerscourt House Hotel. While taking a walk around Enniskerry don't forget to call into one of the lovely coffee shops and if you fancy a relaxing drink or food in the evening, drop into the Enniskerry Inn. Johnnie Fox's pub is something not to be missed when in this area, the food is delicious & the atmosphere in this pub is very enjoyable. Overall Enniskerry is a beautiful location and certainly worth exploring.

Wicklow has a lot to offer. In my experience, the Wicklow Gap was great for a hike, Glendalough has fascinating ancient ruins, and Brittas Bay is perfect for a swim or a walk. Bray is such a lovely town, with a beautiful seaside promenade.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are exceptional, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, the food was amazing and the rooms are cosy and spacious. Unfortunately, there were some fire doors outside our room and they were really loud when they banged shut and kept us awake but except from that we had a great stay and were treated to complimentary treats upon arrival and champagne with our meal for our anniversary.

This area won’t be right for everyone.

This area won’t be right for everyone. My husband and I arrived after an extended trip to England and the Isle of Man. We were not in the mood for busy tourist areas. The Town of Aughrim is so sweet, and really gives you an idea of rural Irish life. There were enough things to see in the area for us, such as Avoca Woolen mills, Glendalagh Monestery, Russborough house, and Wicklow Town.

Rathdrum is one of those hidden gems in the country that you never really hear anything about and when you experience it, you wonder why you've never heard of it. The people are friendly, there is plenty of places to eat out in and the surrounding area is among the most picturesque places in the country.
