Really lovely modern hotel, excellent central location in Tralee. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our trip had to be cut short due to personal reasons and Rachel on the front desk in particular was so accommodating to us. Thanks Rachel! Will definitely stay again.

Staff were welcoming and friendly - when I arrived the restaurant had closed for the night but they offered to get me food from the kitchen, which was appreciated. The food was very good, particularly if you like seafood - the fish pie was very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable and had a small balcony. The hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from the harbour at the end of the village street.

Cork itself was a great experience.

Cork itself was a great experience. The city has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly people, and everything is easy to reach. It isn’t overly populated, the air feels clean, and there’s plenty of space to move around without the stress of a crowded city. It’s vibrant without being overwhelming, offering lots to see and do while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The only thing to be aware of is that winters can feel quite cold and moist, so good layers are a must.

Limerick is a city of great historical interest including the medieval castle and the Georgian city centre. Beautifully located on the River Shannon, we enjoyed walking along the river, the parks and city streets. Plenty of great bars, especially Nancy's and Locke's, and restaurants, especially Enzo's. Kenmare, a classic Irish town, offers everything one would expect from a rural Irish town. Well stocked shops, great pubs, cafes and restaurants, and delightful surrounding countryside. It will suit sightseer's, cyclists, and walkers, and is well priced across all aspects pertinent to holidaying. The larger hotels are open to the casual user for eating and trail walking around some of the most beautiful coastal scenery anywhere.
