I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. Dear fellow traveler, With the utmost sincerity I urge you to visit the Coorg Wilderness Resort and Spa because it is simply amazing, down to the smallest details. We arrived after dark and out of the jungle rose massive iron gates with side lights, and we were inspected by security - this felt very Crazy Rich Asians. We were met at the roundabout by Aswathi who facilitated the rest of our checkin. We received a blessing, were led to a couch, and received a cup of ginger tea before she went over the stay and amenities with us. We were shown to our suite, which was beautifully appointed in every way. Simply luxurious. You will not want for anything, there is something to occupy every visitor, even the pickiest among you - even our 15 year old daughter. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, a feast for the eyes and the palette. Daily there are many activities offered. Our favorites were morning bird watching, rooftop yoga, and a wilderness walk. The latter was led by Jagath who knows much about the local flora and fauna, and was infinitely patient with our many questions. We met other of Jagath”s colleagues, Harish, and jithesh, who operate the sustainable farm. We were offered the opportunity to select our own poultry for dinner…a rare option in our experience. The farm provides produce and meat to the kitchen and the results are unbeatable. So fellow traveler, this resort is most certainly worth your time for a visit.

A heavenly stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool villa we stayed in was fantastic, comfortable, spacious, private, and peaceful. The grounds are very beautiful, we really enjoyed walking around and exploring. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they were very helpful in accommodating my special dietary needs. The spa facilities are great. We didn't want to leave.

We're able to stay overnight at this nice hotel. As the hill is a natural park, no cars allowed, it's a lovely place. So far the only place like that in India. Sunrise 🌅 are great. Gokarna is a real surprise.

Gokarna is a real surprise. People are very friendly, the town is fascinating with all its temples, cows, dogs and pilgrims. I enjoyed it so much more than Hampi which I thought was crowded, dirty and full of hassle. Gokarna people are polite and welcoming. Apart from the town it has some nice beaches, even Main beach is good once you walk away from the town. We arrived at the weekend on the day before a very big ceremony. It was very busy, but such a spectacle, and wonderful to see. Genuine people and a very spiritual place.

The best time to visit Hampi is between November and February. It is advisable to carry comfortable clothing, a light moisturizer, sunscreen, a water bottle, and a good pair of comfortable walking shoes. With these essentials, you can truly enjoy exploring the magnificent ruins—especially if you have an interest in history.

Clean city, hub for educational institutions. Affordable medicare. Rash driving of transport busses. Connectivity is good but city bus travel feels like adventure trip. Auto rickshaws are plenty and available in all corners of city. Food choices are many. Fish meals are great and very Affordable.

The stay at Malpe beach side was very good.

The stay at Malpe beach side was very good. The Krishna Temple darshan was a good feeling. Could not take part in the "Annadana" since we had to leave earlier to catch a train from Mangalore

We had taken 2 rooms for 4 person, but as booking we were suppose to get complementary breakfast, but in booking in the hotel app was showing breakfast for only 2 person, hence we can trust oyo and hotel
