Very comfortable, friendly staff and also surprisingly well isolated from the sounds from outside. It is really nice to have a free transfer from the airport. Mister Irshad (driver of the hotel) was there on time at the arrivals with a sign with my name, very smooth. He is friendly and motivated. Complimentary breakfast is also good (and complete). Reading the comments, I was wondering a bit about the area, and although not a fancy area it is actually pretty OK, we (2 women) did not feel unsafe.

pretty much everything at the hotel is really good. The hotel is quite large and spacious and well staffed with welcoming individuals. The breakfast is very good with a lot of fresh food and delicious choices. And the hotel is only a few minutes to drive to the airport, if that’s what you need. the rooms themselves are spacious and modern. Everything functioned well. There was a nice lounge on the six for to hold business meetings, which was well appreciated. And the mango lassi at the bar was wonderful!

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai and was extremely satisfied with the overall service. The staff were consistently attentive, and the restaurant (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was a highlight — the Indian cuisine offered plenty of gluten-free options. The surrounding area is quite busy, with a main road that has heavy traffic day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room facing the stadium side, which is noticeably quieter. Overall, an excellent stay. I would gladly choose this hotel again.

After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

Waste of money. Why Booking.com choose such bed hotel without know any facts and audit. Sorry!! I am not recommended this hotel to any one. They are making money only without giving even basic services. OVERALL THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE

They have only one cook for all of us in entire hotel so...

They have only one cook for all of us in entire hotel so what ever there in the menu card you can't get all items. Cook told me he can't prepare all items in one hand .So there is minimum choice of food and it seems they are under paid and no of stuff also less. We have to wait more than half hour for morning tea,Lunch and dinner because of less stuff.

Good and Bad.

Good and Bad. Wealth and poverty clearly evident but we only had one night at the hotel on our way home. Initially stayed further south when we arrived and were booked there for our last night by the travel agent which made no sense so booked this hotel via Booking.com and a great move on our part only 15mins from the airport.

It was fairly a clean area.

It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

It's a city area. Nothing fancy. There are many other good accommodation around the area. But the accommodation at hotel Townhouse Oak Blue Diamond is too shady and if you book online at a lower rate, they don't honor your booking. So best avoid it!!

I grew up in Mumbai. Lots of fond memories. Great city with great work culture, nice shopping, restaurants, reasonable weather. Infrastructure is a dampener but the Mumbai spirit is helpful, indomitable and never gives up. My favourite place in Mumbai is Bandra. It has glamour, the sea, lovely quaint Christian bungalows that builders have always been trying to acquire, lovely eating and drinking places, great bookshops, a super cool attitude and a generally friendly and helpful public.
