I stayed 2 nights at Om Sai Beach Resort and had a great and relaxing time here. As a solo female traveler, safety is very important for me and I felt safe and protected here at all times. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. My hut was spacious and very clean, the bed was big and very comfy. There are beach view and garden view huts. I stayed in a beach view hut and enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my balcony a lot. Overall, very good value for money.

Booked the rooms for my parents and uncle and aunt to have a weekend break and they loved it. The booking process was seemless and the front office was more than happy to meet all of my requirements of having a room together and they even gave them rooms close to the elevators so that they didn't need to walk a lot. Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

Location was great, 10 cabins facing each other, 5 either sude. with a very well maintained garden path though the middle leading to the beach. Unlike other places to stay with the same setup there were NO people using it as a cut through which meant it was very private. The rooms were lovely and clean and the guys (Nilan & Sanjaya) simply could not do enough for you, way beyond anything we have experienced before, as example we said the ceiling fan was making a tiny clicking speed (and it was a very tiny noise) they changed it for a brand new one. Rooms cleaned as often as you required, towels changed as required. No noise at all from surrounding area, great for shops or beach both just 3 - 4 minutes away.

This might be a 3* hotel - but the service they are offering is not less than 5*! Never had such a good service in a hotel around the world before! Rooms are spaceous, clean and new. Beds are perfect, location is quiet but everything is nearby. I'd definitely come back.

Impressed with the staff's customer centricity. Excellent experience for a family of 4. Mr Aneesh is very cooperative and accommodating. Always available for any support and proactive suggestions. He has good connects around. Palolem beach is just 5-7 min walk. There are 2 shortcuts from the resort. Place is clean and tidy. Very well maintained.

I guess it’s one of the best in Goa, I have visited many beaches in Goa but I think Palolem is the best . Clean water n can go inside the sea upto 500 mtrs without any fear. I went with my kids n they enjoyed like anything without any fear.

Just go there if you are looking for a clean, unspoiled beach, which offers calm, serenity and great opportunities for dolphin sighting. Also, very easy to reach honeymoon, butterfly, cola and kakolem beaches from Agonda.

Presently Goa is going under a lot of good maintenance work. They are operating bridges and also so the traffic become very hectic. Also I noticed that the tourist drive very rash and they don’t see the crowd should be managed like you know the traffic police and traffic department should take care of this thing that it can be a safe for people around their driving And also the pedestrian who walk they walk blindly like they don’t even care about the cars coming in and the bikes driven by tourist. They don’t even care how they drive. They drive very fast and rest. That’s one thing traffic should be controlled in Goa and the traffic etiquette.

Colva and Colva beach is very busy and very popular.

Colva and Colva beach is very busy and very popular. If you like that kind of atmosphere you will enjoy Colva. Better and more peaceful beaches are found by walking right or left along the sea shore. Colva is convenient for buses to Margoa, taxis and tuc-tucs. Restaurants tend to be pricey. I would recommend Kentuckee.

This is not the first time we are travelling to Goa.

This is not the first time we are travelling to Goa. Previously also we have travelled, and we had a very pleasant experience. This time my wife was travelling alone. From Madgaon station she had travelled to hotel where she was informed that there is no room available in spite of having a confirmed booking. The hotel persons did not have the courtesy to inform us about the development either by phone or by mail. The location is also such that it is in 5th floor of some Commercial Complex. It was good that we have not paid for the accomodation in advance.

We just spent 4 wonderful days at Caravela Beach Resort, Goa, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel at home. The property itself is pristine, the beach is beautifully maintained and so clean, and the food—absolutely delicious! Every meal felt like a treat, lovingly served by the most courteous staff. The highlight for me was the mini golf, which completely won my heart, while my little one had the time of her life exploring, playing, and soaking in the joy of the resort—so much so that she isn’t ready to go back to Gurgaon! A heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our stay special—there are too many names to remember, but a special mention to Pooja and Saroja at the front desk, Satya Narayan Singh, Amit, Nitika from restaurant and Fatima from housekeeping, and Babyrose from guest reception. Each one of you went above and beyond to make our holiday truly memorable. Kudos to the entire Caravela team, you’ve given us memories to cherish, and we can’t wait to be back!

Leisure area was nice .

Leisure area was nice . But there’s no safety for customers if they get their own transportation sorted. Hotel doesn’t provide any safety or even let the car come into to pick you up . Utter non sense. If we had known this before we wouldn’t have visited this place at all . We had to involve police to calm the situation down. While 7 staff members from the hotel are just starting at us and enjoying the show . Hotel taxi prices are 3xTimes higher than normal prices . And have their own set of rules .

The area is quite calm and not so urban.

The area is quite calm and not so urban. Travellers should be prepared for a constant taxi service. Prices are fair but not cheap as in the centre of Margao. ATMs and other services are close to the beaches and accessible within 10min from everywhere. Hospital is available, even bigger and higher class hotels are (if help needed). Restaurants and beach shacks are all of good service and very good food quality.
