Everything was perfect. Beautiful view, nice location. Room was good size, bed was comfortable not too soft.

We loved everything! The staff was amazing and super friendly. Good food, great price and even better service. We saw the aurora 2 times, thanks to the wake up call! Loved the hottubs, you even get a discount voor Myvatn Nature Bathes!!

Everything was really good here....the hotel facilities were fantastic - a pool table and a darts corner, a sauna and outdoor hot tubs along with bath robes and sleepers to use. A hot drinks corner available throughout the day. The buffet breakfast was full range. All the above were free for hotel guests! We also had our best dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had trout fillet and prawn main course which was lovely. The location was also perfect for us....we were able to just walk across to the Myvatn lake and was fortunate to catch a glorious display of aurora that night with our naked eyes.

Perfect spot to visit the spots around the Lake, close to the supermarket, clean, welcoming and comfortable room. The manager allowed me to check in way earlier because the room was free, so it was very nice. Amazing auroras directly from the guesthouse !
