The size of the room and the bathroom was very good and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and they let me store my bicyle in a container next to the hotel. Last but not least, the breakfast was excellent. This hotel had definitely the best value for the money of all hotels in Italy I stayed at! Would have extended my stay for one or two days as the town turned out quite nice for cycling and there's even a coin laundry down the road, but unfortunately, they were already fully booked.

The hotel is a budget solution on the way to Chioggia and Venice or when to spend some raxing days in Rosolina Mare. The apartment was very large, fully furnished and equipped. We appreciated the welcome package, with coffee, juice, biscuits, etc. The location was very quiet, ideal for relaxing. The property had also a swimming pool, although we did not take advantage of it being winter time. The owner was very kind and told us about the history of the agricultural farm where the property is located.

Wonderful host and amazing place. The service was perfect! The host even helped us get in contact with the car repair shop when our car had a flat tire. The rooms were nice and big. Water, crackers and juice for free in the minibar and wonderful breakfast. On of the best places we stayed at!
