Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The room was large and comfty, with lots of extra touchs like fresh fruit, free mini bar. Large bathroom. The location is also great.
