Booked this on a whim while traveling with a group and it was a treasure. Located right in the middle of Bormio, the location was perfect, right off of the main road but enough to where there was little noise. The exterior was decorated with flowers and looked wonderful. Inside was even better. The lounge downstairs had wood paneling and deep couches and was cozy and welcoming. The front desk staff were on top of everything and so helpful with everything we needed. They had a massive bicycle storage room in the basement that was clean and secure and had everything we needed to store our cases and bikes. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional and the food was fresh and fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bathrooms were large and the showers had great pressure. Had a wonderful time here and hope to return!

Room was excellent with plenty of room and space and a large on-suite bathroom. the location was brilliant and close to the Stelvio pass which was the reason for our visit. Breakfast was all you could need to set you up for the day with plenty of choice. The hotel gave us plenty of space in their garage for motorbike parking. on arrival the staff were very helpful and allowed us to book in 3 hours earlier than arranged. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A very new and modern accommodation. Garage to safely park the car. Good breakfast quality and wonderful location to enjoy it as the restaurant area is mainly glass. Really good and very clean spa facilities. The ski lift is just behind the accommodation. There are restaurants around to enjoy dinner where one of them is a very good steak house. I have been traveling through France and Italy for several weeks and staying at this little hotel was actually one of the highlights, so I could not recommend it more. Genuinly nice, friendly and supportive owners and staff. Delicious pizza and a delightful breakfast, which was included.

Can fully recommend. We loved the spa with its pool, outside hot water whirlpool, and several saunas. It was really convenient and a pleasurable experience. The staff is very friendly and professional, can help with just any request (e.g. printing something), and are available on WhatsApp. Our room was always made while we had beakfast, so zero interruptions. It was my birthday during the stay, and they were able to prepare a wonderful chocolate cake. Also I received a small gift from the hotel, which was so nice from them. Overall, this hotel is a destination we will gladly visit again! They have three 11 kW EV chargers, two of them in a garage. WiFi works without any issues. Breakfast offering was very wide and high quality. Good coffee, made according to your wish. Offer even lactose-free milk! You can also order extras outside the buffet breakfast. For dinner the hotel has a good balance of international and local dishes, all tasted great and were nicely presented. The wine selection is very good as well, offering mostly local and other Italian wines.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they helped us by ordering new tire chains. They guided us in taking ski lessons and they provided a contact person in the hotel so that we could arrange the lessons. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, it was small but satisfactory. The lobby had a great view where we could enjoy coffee or drinks. We used the hotel's parking garage for free. The location was close to the center and ski centers, 5-10 minutes by car. There were also buses but we did not take them, they seemed crowded.

Highly recommended. The size and comfort as the quality of the Junior Suite is perfect. The new buliding, the lobby, the bar area are top. Location & view amazing. Staff smiley and polite. SPA & Infinity Pool as the Pool Bar so the evening program are wonderful. The meals on the buffet & breakfast are rich enough for all demand, with quality on the highest level. We are more than satisfied. And an extra thank you for Manolo for his kindness and pfofessionism. We will come back.

The hotel is first class. The staff are homely and friendly with attention to detail. The pool and spa area is clean and spacious. The food served is michelin 5 plus stars. The breakfast has a very wide choice and the rooms spacious. Close to the lift(30m) and busses if needed. In town centre for access to all shopping. First time staying there, and would love to return.

This place has exceeded our expectations tenfold, truly a 5-star experience. From the check-in process, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and interiors. The entry to spa (incl on the day of checkout - while it's still closed for outside visitors) was our highlight, as well as the breakfast in the gorgeous ballroom and aperitivo - free drinks and buffet at 5pm.

Location of the hotel is really good, with ski lifts, city centre and restaurants 5 minutes away. Alternatively, you have a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel that can get you to all the other areas of the resort. Breakfast was really nice, overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful countryside and perfect for walking or cycling in the hillsides around the village, plus some really nice restaurants open late into the evening filled with people who all appeared to be having a good time. Also great to be able to do some duty free shopping.

Be careful with parking.

Be careful with parking. Reading signs does not guarantee that you are safe. If you need to contact local police, then it's nearly impossible to reach them over the phone. You have to pay "tourist tax" - extra fee for being foreigner and not speaking Italian.

A hiking mecca. Wonderful trails and lifts. I will be back soon. I recommend eating at the wienstube for a well served meal in comfy, casual surrounds. I had the beef filet with a mushroom cream sauce and a help yourself salad bar. Perfect.

A magic place nestled in the Alpes!

A magic place nestled in the Alpes! The mountains all around are very scenic. Cows are free to go and often come to say hallo. The green of the pastures is so intense while you can still see the white of the snow on the tops.

Beautiful little town with friendly people who interact easily, are very polite, greet each other and have a feeling that everyone knows each other. They even greet us, complete strangers. The town is small, ideal for walk around, has interesting history, and wonderful coffee bars. With that, everybody is welcome attitude. We also eat good and all price are more than fair. I would like to come here again in the future.

The hikes in Stelvio National Park are stunning although Val Zebrú was a bit too touristy for our taste: we hiked for 33 km/return but most people were using "mountain taxi" (4x4 vehicles) to reach the huts and have lunch there, so cars were passing by all the time, which is not ideal for nature lovers like us. We saw ibex, deer, squirrel, marmots, golden eagle. We had dinners in two places and the food was definitively below average - I suspect this is not the best part of Italy to enjoy food.

Prato allo Stelvio is a nice little town, which has all the amenities and is the ideal starting place for all your excursions during your holiday, wether your hiking, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Vinschgau area.

Livigno is one of a kind.

Livigno is one of a kind. Location is distant from everything, but the place is magical. Almost always sunny, be prepared for a lot of sun. Great italian cuisine. Good prices as it is duty free zone. A lot of fun on and off pistes and of course crazy apres-ski parties every day :-)

There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at...

There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.
