I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Serenella, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Accommodation: My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, offering a perfect night’s sleep after a day of skiing. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Restaurant: Now, let’s talk about the restaurant—what a delightful experience! The menu offered a fantastic array of choices for breakfast and dinner and every dish I tried was delicious. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I'm convince that soon it will be a Michelin star ratted restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at La Serenella. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to rest or a delectable meal, this hotel has it all. I can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We planned to use this hotel as a base to do some of the mountain passes however it snowed and we stayed in at the hotel and made use of the spa. It was fabulous. Lovely pool and beds to look out over the mountains. Erica was fab with my massage. The outdoor pool opened at 1 pm and oh my! It was heated and you could just see the snow on the mountains! Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges in a machine. We were also half board here which was a good idea as there aren't really any proper restaurants in area. There are some bars serving food. Dinner was a buffet starter, then a starter,then a main and dessert. Of particular mention should be Samuele who was very helpful and friendly. As was the lovely girl on reception who is learning English.

Great atmosphere of the place created by the owners and staff. You feel like a real guest of the family. Amazing food - we had breakfast and dinner both were delicious and there was a huge variety of options. I have not eaten that many great Italian specials in one week ever. Professional SPA area - outdoor pool with warm water was my favorite option after a day of skiing. Perfect Location - The hotel is in a quiet part of town but everything is within walking distance. The SKI Shuttle offered by the hotel makes getting to the ski slope quick and very comfortable. Valentines Evening - the hotel prepared special decorations and menu for this special day. I was impressed by creativity, passion and heart they all have putted in arranging this.

Our rooms were very comfortable, nice furniture, comfortable beds, large bathroom with hydromassage, two flat tv sets with plenty live tv channels. The hotel is in a good location near to the ski resort cableway, with a continuous minibus service from the hotel te the cableway station The food is abundant and delicious. The staff is very polite, friendly and ready to assist for everything. We had a relaxing time in the afternoon in the spa&wellness center very well equipped with a variety of options to relax.
