FAQs about hotels in Veneto
Inspiration for Artist and Architect
The Veneto offers relaxation and recreation in world-famous cities and wonderful landscapes. Words don’t do justice to its ever-serene capital Venice, a captivating maze of canals and monuments. Cheap hotels in Venice are scarce, but Mestre across the lagoon offers more budget options.
Cheap flights to Venice land in Treviso, a little version of that fabled city. Also centred on canals is beautiful Chioggia, home to several Veneto hotels on the beach. Yet more are in Caorle, near its distinctive 11th-century bell tower and waterfront church. Another family-friendly Veneto resort with a long beach is Lido di Jesolo.
In studenty Padua, Giotto’s 14th-century frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel are bursting with colour. The majestic Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza was designed by Palladio, the prolific architect whose villas and churches cover the Veneto. Romantic Verona inspired Romeo and Juliet and has an incredibly well-preserved Roman arena hosting summer opera.
Nearby Lake Garda offers many luxury hotels in the Veneto on Booking.com. By its eastern shore is the popular Gardaland theme park, the elegant Garda promenade, and the wineries of Bardolino.
Grappa was invented in riverfront Bassano del Grappa, and nearby Asolo is one of the region’s most beautiful hill towns. Belluno is overlooked by the Dolomites, while Abano Terme is a spa town by the Colli Euganei, whose undulating hills house vineyards.

- From US$899.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 187 reviewsWe highly recommend this hotel. We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!Guest review byIrinaRussia

I love this place, especially in winter. I always leave 100% relaxed for just 1-2 days visit. The park is set on a beautiful botanical garden, natural spring and improving all the time. The villa is classical historical set of buildings and a walled garden estate. The town is a quiet and friendly place with a variety of restaurants.Guest review byRutherfordUnited Kingdom

Of course, we loved the city.
Of course, we loved the city. Enjoyed stores with Murano glass jewelry. We think that the gondolas are for showing off, couples, and older people. Still a nice thing to do for some people. To experience the true Venice, consider hiring a water taxi for your tour. Worth it. We recommend having a small lunch and drink by the Rialto Bridge. The big fans created a nice breeze, and watching the scenery was very pleasant.Guest review byEva - 10.0

It's so easy to get around - be sure to visit the Ampitheatre/Arena and the fenicular, take a ride on the little tour bus and take a trip to Lake Garda - you can get to Sirmione easily by bus or train. Emanuel Cafe near the Arena was great - particularly the friendly staff. A lovely city with lots going on!Guest review byLisaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It's a great location if you have a car. Staying on the T1 tram line was an easy and quick way of travelling into Venice with the service running frequently. Access to a local cafe, butcher and deli. Felt like we were part of the community.Guest review bySusanAustralia - 10.0

We went into John Martins , Mary's , Route 66 and theB. live music venue. drink and food prices reasonable. the beach is sunbeds cheek by jowl, but the hotel alocates sunbeds. very safe beach and warm meditteranian sea. use insect bite cream though due to the lagoon location.Guest review bymartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Peschiera was beautiful, the train was 3.50 euros return from Bella Italia hotel into Peschiera and a time table is provided. The boat trips and ferry trips are very easy to access to visit other towns. We used the bus twice which always ran about half an hour late but still turned up. The staff on reception were also very helpful and organised a taxi for us. Also the staff in the La Chandra were lovely and the food was delicious.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Carole's beach was perfect for us.
Carole's beach was perfect for us. It was sandy, gently sloping, and jellyfish-free. In the evenings, the central streets of the town turn into pedestrian zones with various attractions. During our vacation, we managed to visit a Miró and Dalí exhibition at the Centro Culturale Bafile as well! The beach promenade behind the hotels offers excellent opportunities for nighttime strolls and is also great for morning runs. At the end of the promenade, near the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Angelo, the night and daytime views are stunning.Guest review byHellowoodooHungary - 4.0

it's a mess w/ building works clogging the small town that is trying to prep for the winter olympics. If you are driving through, make sure you're through very early before the gridlock starts. Or bike through. San Vito di Cadore is a much better option for a fraction of the price.Guest review byLaurenceNew Zealand - 10.0
