I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨‍🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.

My partner and I spent 4 days at the hotel. No words can describe how good this hotel was. It was our first time in Jamaica, and we fell in love with the S Hotel straight away from the first night. The food was amazing, the staff were amazing, and the location was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to travel around the country. I would 1000% recommend this hotel if you want to have a chill, relaxing time with some fun in between. And a big, big shout-out to Andre, one of the staff members who made our time at the S Hotel a lot more fun with all the group games and activities. This is the best hotel we’ve ever been too , we will be coming back in the future for sure :) 10/10

Where do I start! From the point of arrival, I felt welcomed and energized by the warm and friendly reception of the employees; from the gentleman handling our luggages to the check in agent. The food was chefs kiss; the breakfast, the dinner, just all of it. The amenities and cleanliness of the facility! Lastly and just to reiterate, the amazingly staff truly made the trip memorable!

Everyone and everything at this hotel is amazing, the staff are the best on the island the location is amazing just 5 mins from the airport, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough 💯🔥🇯🇲❤️
