- The service - The ladies at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful! We booked a sunset cruise and the young guys that took us were jovial and made the experience unforgettable. Keep up the great work! - The rooms - clean, good amount of amenities (mineral water, toiletries, hair dryer etc). - Location - great location with a stunning view of the Egyptian coast across the Aqaba Bay Area. There’s a small reef in front of the hotels shoreline which is great for snorkelling. About a 20 minutes car ride from Aqaba town centre but to be honest, we never left the hotel as it had everything we needed. TIP - the shoreline in front of the hotel is rocky so if you want to comfortably enter the sea, best to bring wet shoes.

Everything! We stayed before at dead see area, in 5 Star Hotel we thought this will be the best Hotel in our One week stay in Jordan. But apparently, these 5 stars hotels in Jordan are tricky, old and out dated and at the end of our vacation I can certainly confirm that aquavista was our best stay during our whole trip, simply perfect value for money and location is wonderful.

Staff were super helpful, nothing was too much - particularly Adam who was amazing with assisting with our queries. The hotel seems new, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location is good - fort is walkable and there is parking. I would happily stay here again

My friend and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Wadi Rum. We arrived by bus, and even before reaching the village, a hotel representative met us and gave us a ride—such a thoughtful welcome! At the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly and upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. They offered us tea, coffee, and juice on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. They also helped us book a 4-hour jeep tour in the desert and arranged a taxi for us to Aqaba—all very quickly and efficiently. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. They even let us check in a bit earlier than the official time, without any issues. The restaurant deserves special mention: everything we tried was delicious. The chef was extremely friendly and even treated us to drinks, even though beverages weren’t included with dinner. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive every single staff member was. They would stop to chat and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wadi Rum!

Wadi Rum is best experienced by staying at Wadi Rum Desert Adventures - as it's the camp furthest into the desert. You will recognise the scenery from so many films, and the reason is that it's simply stunning. You will be driven through the red sands by Mharm in his 4X4 to the comfortable camp, which has the right balance between comfort and adventure.

Such an amazing city with welcoming community. Try visiting ghandour beach in the morning to avoid the crowd Your stay should be at Aquavista hotel or Captains hotel if you are on a budget. Most of the restaurants have amazing and delicious menu’s Ayla oasis have to be on your visit check list.

Wadi Rum is a truly fascinating place, full of raw, authentic beauty. The local people are extremely friendly and welcoming, offering camel rides and traditional Jordanian tea in their tents. The views are spectacular, with pristine landscapes that feel untouched. It’s no surprise that many famous movies—like Star Wars and Dune—were filmed here. A memorable destination worth visiting.

It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Rami also went the extra mile with small gestures that made a big difference — from helping us wrap our scarves perfectly for the desert wind to making sure we always felt comfortable and cared for. Amazing Family Getaway in Aqaba, Jordan I recently had the pleasure of spending three days in Aqaba, Jordan with my family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the city and its stunning landscapes. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect. With warm temperatures but a cool breeze, it was a great escape from the heat. It made our time at the beach even more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the city comfortably without feeling overheated. Beyond the beach, Aqaba has a rich blend of culture, history, and hospitality. We enjoyed delicious local food, and the people there were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special.
