I had a wonderful experience at the Black Iris Hotel in Madaba. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my visit. Very cosy room, delicious breakfast (waffles ❤️) served in the roof-bar, friendly and helpful staff. Located in the city center, very close to all mosaic spots and other atractions. Best hummus and falafel sandwiches nearby - look for a place called Hummus Loreena.

the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. If I come back to Jordan, I would definitely book this hotel again! Thank you very much Muthana.

The owner is the sweetest person ever, and he made sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable, they gave us free drinks in the room, the food from the restaurant was amazing too. The staff was really helpful and polite all the time.

Well run, modern, clean and lovely scented, great feel type hotel. Everything was Superb! Enjoyed a very tasty buffet dinner. Good breakfast. Great feel from the time we walked through the doors.
