Petra Premium is centrally located and a 2 minute walk to restaurants, mini marts, souvenir shops, etc. and 15 minutes walk or a 3 minute drive to the Petra archeological park. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean with a little balcony and view of the hills. Bathroom is compact but has a great shower that was ideal after hiking in and out of Petra. Breakfast has plenty of options for vegetarians (delicious moutabal, yoghurt), a good selection for vegans, and serves eggs and cold meats too. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make guests welcome. Everyone in the tourist industry in Wadi Musa is going through difficult times due to the massive reduction and tourists the region, so supporting this local business the hotel is I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Peter and Jordan

Holly and Muhammad (the owners) are amazing hosts that will not stop at anything to make your stay worthwhile. Their staff is always at your disposal and ready to help. We had an amazing stay and were really happy with everything (room, shower, balcony view, heating, breakfast, dinner). I cannot recommend it enough. On our day of departure, we had some issues with our rental company. Muhammad spent a lot of time with us calling everybody left and right. He did not have to do any of that which shows his hospitality for which we are eternally grateful. If we ever come back to Jordan, a stay at the Infinity Lodge is inevitable.

Everything! Dana trail Hotel is perfectly located! Be aware if you've rented a car not to go all the way down to the place, they will come and pick you up! Host are great, food is delicious, home atmosphere and they will make sure you have everything you need! Morning with the view is something priceless. Warm recommendations! We had a wonderful stay at the Dana Guest House. One of the best experience of our life, all the staff is here to make you feel at home, with authenticity and generosity. The view on the Dana Reserve is breathless, especially as you can even enjoy it from your shower! The home-made diner was amazing with a lot of choice. And Salem was an incredible host, with great advices and always paying attention to us. If you come to Jordan, you should not miss this place !

Exceptional site that we were able to discover with only around twenty customers. We had booked for a basic room, but were upgraded to a bubble for a few dozen JOD more. The experience was really improved. Lighting in the evening with small lights on the site delighted us. Super welcoming and accommodating staff. Very good meal and breakfast. We are delighted.

The location is perfect, right across Petra, hotel well kept and staff were amazing, from the reception to the restaurant. The locals are fantastically helpful. The Petra complex is really well organised and there is a huge amount to see. Do take the free horse ride at the entrance which takes you to the entrance of the main gorge. If you can locate Ayham and Nasir, they can take you on longer horseback excursions though this mythical landscape. I had not been on a horse for forty years and they took excellent care of me on an unforgettable two-hour trip around the uplands away from the tourists. They were unbelievably considerate of a nervous rider and I got to see things you can't reach on foot. There is also a wonderful museum included in the price of your ticket which was empty wehn I visited

Probably my rating or comment is not suitable for every travelers as foreigner but living in Jordan for long time. Definitely, I need 5 star hotels in Dead Sea or Aqaba to refresh myself and my family regularly. But Dana is a great place to also have regular visit as it is located within 2.5 hours range from my home in Amman, and to experience this great nature in reasonable expense. After over 10 years of staying in this country, as a person like to sleep under the millions of stars, Dana is most frequently visited location at the recent years of my life in Jordan.

Petra is indeed very impressive. Start out very early. If you take two or three days you could walk the less-trodden paths and see more nature. I you want to buy souvenirs you have to bargain hard!

we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the accommodation operator. after making the reservation via "booking.com" we arrived to the location - meeting with the resort representative "Ahmad" we were taken to another camp resort ( very old, nor matching the pictures during the booking, empty ) being told that the other "camp" is full... but 1 room could still be found - as long as we're happy to pay double price. We accepted as we're in the middle of desert. But this was clearly deliberate fraudulent conduct. Our recommendation would be for Booking.com not to keep contractual relationship with such accommodation providers.

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring Petra from sunrise to sunset felt like stepping into another world. The walk through the Siq, that first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, the climb up countless steps to viewpoints… every bit of it was worth the aching legs. By evening, the city glowed with desert colors and we wrapped up the night with sore feet, full hearts, and endless photos.

The reserve is beautiful.

The reserve is beautiful. We spent 3 days hiking and hardly saw any other people. Amazing colors and sweeping vistas. Definitely go with a knowledgeable guide to get the best experience. Stay at the Jabal Dana Hotel for great views and amazing food.

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers! Locals were very pushy. At first they are overly friendly, but this quickly turns to rude and aggressive if you don't tip, they will lie about directions and then insist they be your guide. Even if you say no they ask for Tip. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and try not to let the scammers bother you.

Pay attention to the weather conditions depending on the time of year. We had to abandon the hike due to heavy rain 3 days before (end of February/beginning of March). Our host recommended doing this hike after March 15 and ideally in May.

Great location right next to little Petra and 5 minutes from Petra. Suggest you take a car to the top (Rear) of Petra and enter near the monastery then walk down hill towards the entrance as it is a big day of walking. Hotel has lovely staff and very helpful. Every night was a large outdoor fire with tea service and music while the hills had lights on them for great photos. Suggest spending two nights in this hotel min maybe 3-4 nights to experience all the surround areas.
