We had the special guest room - wonderful view on the sea, the Tori and the mountains, lot of natural light & space, a bathtub in the room to take a hot bath (in addition to the private 30mn per room at the outdoor bath). Japanese dîner was delicious, the staff very professionnal, attentionate and caring all along our stay. The hôtel made sure to look for our luggages - either to collect them for us at the ferry pier when we arrived and to bring them back at the pier when taking our ferry to leave the Island - allowing us not to have to carry them and enjoy the walk and our day in the Island What a beautiful moment !

Great location, a pleasant 7 minutes walk from Shrine and ropeway. The last 1 minute is uphill but not onerous at all. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. They also spoke English. Amazing indoor and outdoor onsen which we made full use of. Big comfortable room with kettle and TV (YouTube app available). Enjoyed the Japanese meal and breakfast (food plentiful, make sure you arrive extremely hungry). Their slogan is “Your home in Miyajima” and it’s so true. So comfortable and they provide everything including yukatas. You could literally just turn up with a change of underwear and everything else is pretty much available (toothbrush, hairbrush, toner & moisturiser in the onsen bathroom).

Great location , right by the ferry. 10 minutes walk to the Shrine. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious. Excellent communication from the owner.

everything was perfect, it was full experience. We loved the possibility to go out in our yukatas, there were outdoor traditional shoes provided and special socks in the room. The dinner felt like Michelin star restaurant and staff prepared our futons while we were eating. The view from the rooftop was the best and free snacks and drinks were provided. Ryokan hot bath is also very well maintained. Personnel was increadibly nice and helpful all the time. I would totally come back again!
