A wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel from the famous Hyatt chain. The room we had was brand new, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. A magnificent bed with a mattress that was both firm and supportive for the back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through the capital. The breakfast is very diverse, with high-quality products. I give it 5 stars without hesitation 🤩❤️

The pics don’t do this justice. It’s such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous features you only notice whilst here. The sky walk was a nice touch and great for pics. All staff were amazing, Don in the gym in particular was very helpful. I’m sure the staff do so much more and are so incredibly friendly l’m not sure if this is a normal hotel! I spent time at the spa as well and had a lovely treatment that was incredibly relaxing my therapist was professional and courteous. The cocktails were top notch and all the restaurants world class, I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodated special requests. Spacious rooms and had all amenities. What we enjoyed the most was the music in the lounge, the lunch in the gardens, the conversations with Dan the manager, the homely feel encouraged socialising with other guests. Amazing local culture. Jane, Asanet,Grace were excellent at their care. Definitely a place to stay at again!

Our stay at Ololo was the perfect start to our vacation. The staff was incredible and went out of their way to make the experience fantastic. The game drives were so special! And of course the food from their organic farm exceeded my expectations. It was so wonderful to have choices for every meal and they were all incredible. We loved the views from the lodge and the drives in the park were some of the best I ever experienced because it is a small park you are able to see so many animals, very closely and in a short amount of time. Truly an amazing and special place!

The location is close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers on early morning or late night flights. The pick-up and drop-off service is very nice. The hotel staff are friendly. The room is comfortble for stay, the bed sheets and mosquito nets are all white and clean. There is a hairdryer and bottled water in the room. There is no lift, but the staff will help with luggage.

I liked the weather. I liked the Karura Forest area. Good Hindu Temples. Lovely Museum of Illusion and Karura Forest Trails. People are nice and friendly. I did not like bargaining everywhere. You feel like cheated if you don't bargain or bargain enough. Drinking water is expensive

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi.

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi. We learned much at the National Archives, enjoyed seeing animals in the national park, and had fun in a local shopping center. Visitors need to research what to do and be prepared to hire a ride to move around. We visited with small children and felt both overwhelmed and safe during our visit.

Nairobi is a huge, busy, crowded and chaotic city.

Nairobi is a huge, busy, crowded and chaotic city. It's an assault on the senses with all the action and business going on. Our family of six found the people incredibly friendly, with a lovely sense of fun. We were aged between 67 and 17 so we all had different highlights. I would recommend doing the cookery course where they bring you shopping in local markets and you go back to someones flat. We went with Rumma Tours. We took a Mutatu Bus which we enjoyed thoroughly, fun. Walking around the city was very interesting but remember not to smoke on the street or take any photos of official buildings. We didn't know this and almost got arrested twice! The National Safari Park was better than expected but all parks are very costly (I believe the prices have been doubled over the past few months). We did a trip to Hell's Gate and Lake Naivasha which was amazing, even just the drive there and back was an eye opener. We stayed in Lavington which was very convenient and were able to walk to The Mall and to local restaurants.
