Super friendly owners, clean accommodation and as a big bonus cute kitties that came to cuddle! Free drinking water and a bar with great music that was frequented by the other 'villagers', who were communicative and inclusive. There's also a volleyball field that sees some action in the late afternoon! Local food and drinks a few km down the road towards the beach. Own transport needed.

Everything was excellent! We got a free room Upgrade on arrival which was amazing, the rooms were so clean and the bungalows were amazing, a true paradise. The staff were excellent, arranged everything for us and always willing to help. The staff were so friendly and always smiling and are the reason I would come back again. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and the Avacado toast was delicious! 10/10 would recommend! Our stay was great and made so much better with the excellent staff. We will come back again :)

Staffs are nice. Restaurant sea view is good location. We can see sunset while dinner. Breakfast absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Superb gem in an unexpected rural location( easily explained as the hotel sits prominently on an intersection of 2 province boundaries) . All staff and (new?) manager incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful and efficient. Lovely spacious, light airy room with big double doors opening onto a big balcony enough for table and chairs outdoors times. It's so much more a full hotel facility than it's "guesthouse" name. Big Lobby Reception,Large restaurant, elevator, rooftop bar. High-quality furniture and furnishings, bedding etc. Hotel only 3yrs old and also refurbished or improved more in the last year Ideal if you have a vehicle, the only very minor negative is the location is about 1.3kms from Srae Ambel rural township and Passapp hailing doesn't operate there. But the hotel staff will readily find an arrangement for you. ( my recommendation might be a simple little buggy type free shuttle...?) Very very highly recommended, one of the best surprises I've found throughout my 3yrs nomadic traveling across S.E.Asia

Beautiful quiet place to just enjoy! Swimming in the river, kajaking or the fire flies tour, everything was great. And the staff is simply amazing! Would come back anytime :)

It's a really beautiful location and the hotel is very clean. It feels more like a fancy resort than a hostel (although I was in a private room, not a dorm).
