The staff were probably the best I have experienced ever. They took care very good of me especially after my food poisoning incident . Made sure I got the best medical care and personally drove me to the hospital and back. The Manager Mr Sin Panha is exceptional. Probably going to come back here many times in the future!!

A wonderful quiet boutique hotel in the middle of a lush garden with two pools. Our spacious room was right next to the swimming pool in the courtyard. The staff at reception and the pool bar were friendly and attentive. Breakfast has to be ordered from the menu, it was plentiful and tasty. Location was ideal - 10 minutes walk to National Museum and Royal Palace.

From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality.     Phnom Penh is a very cultural heritage capitol.

    Phnom Penh is a very cultural heritage capitol. It is beautiful in many areas with temples, periods and high ranking official buildings. But there is no money spent on the people and community. There should be more infrastructure to help the people in the streets. The streets should be cleaned and housing made better. It’s such a shame that the wealth is only for the wealthy. But it was good to see . Phnom Penh is a city that you don’t need a lot of time to explore. , I suggest 4-5 days is plenty.

    We did an Architectual tour by cyclo that was great, very informative and lots of fun It is a surprisingly easy city to navigate we used the Grab app which made getting a tuk tuk or car so much easier. They will no longer accept you without a booking in Phonm Penh so be prepared Everyone was surprisingly helpful just dive into the experience and be prepared to laugh the Khemer people will laugh with you as well as at you

    The city is diverse.

    The city is diverse. Some areas are old and packed with food carts while others are lined with government buildings and universities. I was not there to sight see but just to fly out. I stayed three nights which was enough for me. I had been in Siem Reap for 2 months so it was a bit nerve racking to be in a big noisy city with traffic.
