Beautiful small hotel.The staff are so helpful and polite. The location was so central but just far enough away not to be disturbed. Breakfast choices were good enough choices to suit everyone. The manager was on site to help with any issues. We had problem with bus company and was helping by the hotel's staff properly.

From the moment we checked in, the hotel left a great impression upon arrival - we were warmly welcomed by excellent staff, whom we turned to several times during our stay, when we needed to buy tickets to another city, reserve places for events in Siem Reap, book a massage or just get information. The room was big, there were three of us and there was enough space for everyone. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath, and another shower was on the balcony, which is really convenient when traveling with more than two people. The beds was very comfortable. I can separately mention the restaurant and the excellent staff, the menu offers both vegetarian and vegan dishes, which was important to us. Another advantage is that the hotel is located in a quiet area, but you can reach the main Pub Street in 15 minutes on foot or couple minutes with tuk tuk, and the hotel's tuk tuk takes you to Pub Street for free :) .

Almost everything. The hotel is situated in a town near the Angkor park, it has spacious and nicely decorated rooms, all the facilities (big swimming pool, spa, a nice restaurant), and the service is excellent: we had early check in, late checkout, transfer from and to the airport, welcome coconuts and drinks, fruits in the room and even a bottle of wine, although we haven’t drunk it – everything for free! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly, they will take care of everything you need. No need to say that they have organised a car tour around the park for us very quickly and with no issues. For its price it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to 🔥

This little hotel has such a big heart! The smiling and kind staff are so generous and always willing to help. We loved how they arranged our tuk-tuks and tours for us, which made getting around really easy. The pool is amazing! Our daughters swam every day and absolutely loved it. We looked forward to the buffet breakfast every morning, and we ate a lot of our other meals at the hotel, too. The food is fresh and high quality. Having room service as an option was really helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds are large and very comfortable. We slept so soundly. At the end of our stay, we needed a late check-out because of our flight time, and the staff arranged a new room for us for half a day and gave us a discount. We were so thankful for that and felt really taken care of. We loved every staff member we met at the hotel, but Rose was especially kind and thoughtful! When we left, it felt like we were leaving friends. When we return to Siem Reap, we will 100% choose this hotel again, no question. Truly don't hesitate at all to book this hotel! It is a gem!

Beautiful, bright, modern room with lovely design. All staff were warm and welcoming, and helpful, no matter what the request. The location couldn't be better - close to Pub Street (but far enough away), but most importantly close to the river and all the restaurants and shops along it. We were about a 15 minute Tuk Tuk drive away from Angkor Wat, making it easy to access for our sunrise.
