Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

When I came early I met a delightful receptionist who said she can recommend me a cafe to visit while waiting if not there's coffee at the pantry! She was shocked that I already knew one. I wish I interacted more with her as she was very cheerful and well spoken. Facilities wise: For such a price point, you get an incredibly good bed. I feel in deep sleep and actually dreamed (I rarely do) and it had Lee DongWook in it! lol. also the ocean view from my room is spectacular. The washing machine and dryer are Samsung's AI series and they're very efficient. Also you can have a good cup of coffee any time of the day! Accessibility: It is close to bus stops for the poor/unlicensed solo traveller like me who wants to move around everywhere and there is a beautiful park a stone's throw away that you can enjoy that is overlooking the ocean! Oh yes the CU is literally next door!

The hotel is located in a quiet location with great views of Hallasan and the city. It is fairly close to a bus stop as well as the Seogwipo Provincial Marine Park and Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. The room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were modern. The room had a warm and cosy vibe so it was very relaxing. The bathroom was also spotless and fairly modern. It also included a bath with is quite rare in Korea. Staff were friendly and helpful and also spoke English very well.

Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

The hotel was amazing! The room was big and had the best views to the sea, with a nice balcony to have some drinks in the evening. The bed was very comfy and we had clean towels every day, which was nice. Also, the staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was up to help with anything. We enjoyed the free water bottles available for the guest every time we walked through the door, and the breakfast was generous, with lots of options. We were very happy and we had a great time there.

Position was fine! Room is big and clean! Staff is nice! They don't have many parks pots, but there are a lot of free park spots all around! The hall was nice, it seems like a cozy small restaurant. I never get my room cleaned even I was almost all the time outside...I think you need to ask for that...which makes no sense to me!

Lots to see and 2 days was not enough.

Lots to see and 2 days was not enough. Driving is slower than you expect so you need to factor that in to your plans. We visited all the waterfalls and Osulloc Tea Museum and Camellia Hill but needed more time for Seopwipo city and sights to the east.

It is full of nature outside the city.

It is full of nature outside the city. Small population of about 670,000 so there is no crowds of people. The island has much to offer. We had not explored Seogwipo which some people we met in Jeju said it was a place they would go again. (Seogwipo). Depending on what each person likes, we wold go more for the nature and sights, food and culture.

Seogwipo is easy to walk in and is close to several...

Seogwipo is easy to walk in and is close to several attractions. It is also a place where many people stay when trekking the Olle trail. There's a n open market and also a 5-day market. Buses are easy to negotiate and travel long distances. Pyoseon has the best beach (Pyoseon Beach) and is only 45 minutes from downtown Seogwipo and Jeju Folk Village is a 5-minute walk from Pyoseon Beach. The Folk Village is really worth visiting and can take 1-2 hours. Take bus 201. There are several museums of famous local artists. The walk to Cheonjiyeon falls is beautiful.

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty! The public transport is good; however, the island is sooo big, so it's super recommended to renting a car. the food is awesome but a little bit expensive. Must to eat black pig and a lot of sashimi and abulone.

There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places...

There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places to linger more. We had a great all day tour through Jeju Namyang Travel with Mr. Kang as our guide. He took us all over the area. He was friendly and informative and made sure to take lots of pictures of us. We visited the waterfalls, Seongsan Illchubong, a folk village, forests, etc. We definitely want to come back and spend more time.
