Excellent. Simply great. We were looking for something near Hanok village. Since we are retired, we couldn't sleep on the floor with hard mattresses. The Hotel Vincent is new and everything is in top condition. It has an integrated coffee shop that is open to the public. Now comes the best. When we arrived, Mr. Hwang Youm Sung was on duty at the reception. And wow: his English impressed us and made everything much easier. There are also other employees who speak English. Actually, only one night was planned. But with such great service, we were happy to stay another night. Thank you for the friendly service. It was really a pleasure Many thanks to the whole team.

The Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Lovely clean rooms and plenty amenities. Breakfast choice of coffee, toast, eggs, jam, tomato, banana, instant noodles and rice cake snack daily was a lovely start to the day. Would definitely visit again.

Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
