We stayed for tonight’s after arriving in Sri Lanka. Very nice small hotel, free pick up from the airport in Colombo. Everything went smooth and easy. The service from check-in , to the breakfast and dinner was amazing . The food is excellent and affordable . The rooms are big and modern and super clean. The team organized us their driver to get to Colombo train station to continue our journey. This was very helpful as well. Even it is not a five star hotel the service was near to that !!

We loved the location. Further form the dirty beach, in nice green quiet neighbourhood. Close to a train station, not far from the airport. The hosts are extremely pleasant and the hotel is worth a lot more than it is sold for. The food was good, the room was spacious (old aircon bit noisy). The best part of course was the pool. Clean, big and deep. Best pool I ever had in these hotels. I could have spent a day sunbathing and swimming. Great place,

Perfect accommodation near the airport, a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature, with spacious bungalows in excellent condition and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the room includes air conditioning, hot water, a good internet connection, a hammock, and chairs outside. The property also features a pool and a restaurant, where the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. Without a doubt, I will stay here again. Facilities are clean, neat and extremely pristine. Location is very relaxing and the view from the garden is simply superb. The owners are a very sweet family; all of then made our stay simply perfect. They were over every single detail to make our time there the best investment we could have made during our trip. Our recommendations for other travelers is just “make yourself a gift and spend time in this place”. Hiru Lagoon it’s just a piece of heaven on earth.

    Everything. From the warm welcome and room upgrade by Kennedy to the amazing F&B staff and products and the all round warmth and kindness from everyone. The best all-round hospitality I've experienced and I travel alot. The room was amazing and had everything you could need (except maybe a bedside lamp). Ground floor so I could walk straight onto the beach and easily access both pools. All rooms are sea facing. I had an incredible Kandyan massage at the Sky Spa and even tried the Seafood restaurant on site, recommended by Arun Lakmal. Literally all the meals, breakfast to dinner, were great. The hotel is sustainably run for the most part and reasonably priced. It's also in the main "fun" road so everything is accessible. Kudos also to the maintenance, security and the lifeguards who all made me feel very taken care of and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better introduction to Sri Lanka and just 30 minutes from the airport. I genuinely did not want to leave and if I have any cash left after touring the country, this will be my last hotel too.

    Our stay at Amagi Aria Airport Transit Hotel was the perfect way to end our journey across Sri Lanka. It was our final stop, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind after a long trip and before our departure from Ceylon.The hotel offers spacious, elegant rooms with balconies that provide a stunning view of the lagoon. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality and professional support of Prasanka, the front desk manager, whose kindness and attention to detail made everything seamless. It was a truly memorable experience we will always cherish.

    The property is beautiful. The common areas are super well kept. The pools are really nice. The bed is comfy. The food is pricier then other places but it does worth it, with the huge variaty, good taste and great attention. Arriving very tired i lost my shoes the first day, which I only realised 2 days later. The staff quickly acted and they found it for me within minutes. We were very satisfied with the stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

    Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

    Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

    The owner, Mr Nelson was extremely helpful from the time he picked me up from the airport until the last minute of my stay. Specially, in the midst of the Sri Lankan curfew. Thank you. I recommend this place for anyone in the future.

    The host was very kind and helpful. He received us very happily. The next day at 6.00 in the morning he prepared for us nice delicious tea, before we left to the Airport. We will recommend this house to our friends and waiting to stay at such a nice calm and quiet place close to the Airport again.

    I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors also it is closer to CMB airport that was the reason I selected there. After I explore the area there are so many nice hotels are there to book and also heard down south area is becoming a good spot for the tourism than Negombo.

    We stayed here overnight after travelling around Sri Lanka. We did not expect the warmth and kindness we received. The room was very cheap, yet large, clean and the proprietor even gave us lifts locally to the shops etc.

    I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent and very quiet and peaceful room. The hotel must be implemented to do below the mentioned points. 1: The hotel room needs to keep a dustbin. 2: The hotel must keep a bath towel inside the bathroom. 3; The Bathroom inside the slippers needs to be kept. Other than this everything is ok.

    Perfect one/two nights on arrival take a tuktuk tour its worth it and last night before you leave. Negombo is 30 mins to the main SRI Lankan Airport, much close than Colombo. Also all hotels have UK plug sockets which is useful

    I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.
