We liked everything. The area was very clean and tastefully decorated. Our cottage Neila was away from the other cottages and was very quiet and intimate. It has everything you need for a couple days stay. The jacuzzi after the day of hiking was perfect.
It was especially exclusive to sit on the sunny terrace in the morning, drink coffee, and watch the horses in the meadow right there.

Everything! It's very remote and quiet, the location is great and very peaceful, we were fortunate to visit it covered in snow which made the experience even better, so pretty. We were well taken care of from beginning to end, and I highly recommend doing the hottub one night, with no light pollution you can see hundreds of stars. It's very cosy and I highly recommend it if you are after a quiet trip away. Lots of forests to walk through, a lake the visit and a cold war museum, great fun. The ranch also has horses and goats and more of which we saw them all playing and very interactive, clearly looked after well just like the guests!

Calm and cosy, warm welcome ! A perfect place in the national park for an authentic last minute stop !
We so loved it that our children did not want to leave !
Impressive hotel in a beautiful national park. There's a communal kitchen in the building and also a fridge in the room. The hotel is close to the lake and easy to reach the bike rental in the village. Would recommend this hotel if you want to explore the park.

We regularly visit Platelia (10 - 15 times a year) as our boat is moored there and usually stay at the yacht club by the marina on the lake shore, adjacent to the bar/- restaurant (great simple food served, unpretentious and very reasonably priced). Pleasant village in the "nature reserve" with many water based facilities (even a dive centre), numerous restaurants and bars around the lake, great bicycle and walking paths, camping areas, motels/- hotels, cabins, etc.

Our stay was perfect!
Our stay was perfect! The host was very welcoming, the location is incredible, the facilities especially the hot tub in front of the woods made the trip very memorable. The cabin/house has everything one might need. We enjoyed the fox paying a visit every evening and the horses around the property. Overall everything was so pleasant and relaxing, highly recommend this place.
