I loved absolutely everything about this place, starting from the location next to the beautiful lake to the extremely helpful and friendly staff.
We were roadtripping around and looking for an accommodation for the night, found this place accidentally and were blown away by the services.
We probably had the smallest room but it was still spacious and comfortable, very clean.
The place itself offers many activities - tennis, basketball, football, you name it. You can go paddle boarding, kayaking, take a row boat on the lake. There is a small outdoor gym. Bikes available for kids.
There is a nice beach setup next to the lake with comfy chairs, hammocks.
The place is beautiful to just walk around, too.
It also has a restaurant with great service and great food.
And of course the saunas and jacuzzi were just amazing after a long day.
We only spent one day there but definitely going back!

Everything. The location was perfect. The room is nice, big and comfortable. There is a very good terrace with a fantastic view over the lake there. The breakfasts were tasty. The staff is very polite and helpful. Ideal! Will highly recommend.

Excellent staff, nature, cozy cottage, very good breakfast with an interesting conversation with the hostess. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, the river trip with a kayak was missed this time.

When staying in Mazeikiai, be sure to go to Pizza Charlie - it is not only pizzeria, but a restaurant as well. And they serve really delicious meals. And their non-alcoholic pineapple mojito is absolutely amazing :-)

Plunge now is very attractive city. Ohinski Palace and Park are wonderful. It was such a pleasure to walk rhere despite the Autumn rain
City is clean. With a roads for walking and bicycling. Very nice place! Strongly recommended to visit!( also don’t miss Telsiai😊)

We regularly visit Platelia (10 - 15 times a year) as our boat is moored there and usually stay at the yacht club by the marina on the lake shore, adjacent to the bar/- restaurant (great simple food served, unpretentious and very reasonably priced). Pleasant village in the "nature reserve" with many water based facilities (even a dive centre), numerous restaurants and bars around the lake, great bicycle and walking paths, camping areas, motels/- hotels, cabins, etc.

Our stay was perfect!
Our stay was perfect! The host was very welcoming, the location is incredible, the facilities especially the hot tub in front of the woods made the trip very memorable. The cabin/house has everything one might need. We enjoyed the fox paying a visit every evening and the horses around the property. Overall everything was so pleasant and relaxing, highly recommend this place.

Plungė is a nice little town in North West Lithuania.
Plungė is a nice little town in North West Lithuania. Our favourite places to see is Plungė Manor with beautiful park. Other great locations on the way to Plunge are Lithuaninan coast and Cold War museum in Žemaitija National Park.

Good place to stay is Hotel Porto if you wish to visit Plunge and Žemaitija National Park. Plunge Manor is a true pearl! It's a beautiful place to walk in the park, admire the grand castle and enjoy the fountain (especially at night!).
