The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very attentive. Manal and the other receptionists made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

From our very first night to our last, he has gone beyond and above for my two boys and I. He really made our 3 nights stay and money worth every cent. For his beautiful kindness, he showed toward us and his excellent customer service, I will definitely come back and hope he will still be working at the hotel when we do come back. The staff was phenomenal. The bar manager, Yasmine is top notch! The entire entertainment staff were amazing…Papes is doing a great job with the entertainment. The drummer, Mimouhn is outstanding and very entertaining with all the guests. The dancers, Cherif and Amal were our favorites. Sanae is the sweetest..they all made our stay a forever memory. A special mention for Mohssine he’s an amazing server. His service is phenomenal. Zouhir served the best Moroccan tea. Zouhir and Hicham organized a FANTASTIC excursion…an unforgettable experience…. I will be back!

Everything was amazing!!! The staff, the room, the facilities! The bathroom was sparkling once again!!! I asked 4 hours before our arrival if they could do something nice for us as newly weds and they decorated the room with rose pedals and fresh flowers!!! Everyone is very polite and helpful. I also used the indoor pool which was really clean and warm! It was our second time in a Mogador hotel and we will definitely come back!!!

We did a week in Marrakech, four nights in Riad Zoraida and...

We did a week in Marrakech, four nights in Riad Zoraida and then three nights in Villa Dinari to relax and chill by a pool after the busy city. We loved Marrakech, no hard sell or hassle from vendors, a very walkable city with so many things to do. I would recommend doing the busy tourist sights in the mornings as early as possible, as they can get quite full later on.

Marrakesh is a fun city.

Marrakesh is a fun city. There's a lot going on in the streets and can get a little bit chaotic with the bikes and people walking. There's plenty to see and a great hub for excursions. Be careful of making eye contact with vendors because they will try to sell you something!

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Getting lost in the Medina was a constant but all part of the fun of being in Marrakech. The people are so welcoming and friendly. The food is fabulous and if you like shopping this is the place to be. If you dont like shopping it is still the place to be because there are museums and mosques and palaces galore.
