CanadaThis place is absolutely amazing!! Juliette and her staff were so friendly and extremely helpful! We really felt at home! The water pressure and hot water was the best weve had in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious! The Riad is stunning! Every inch of it is a work of art. I took so many pictures of both inside and the roof top terrase!!

ItalyThe Hotel is placed in the middle of the biggest wine estate in Morocco. Everything is perfect and perfectly kept, the staff is super welcoming and willing to help with every possible request. A la carte dinner is clearly a high-end experience with correspondent pricing. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and overlook the pool area and the immensity of the vineyards, close to which you can have an unforgettable breakfast. On the left side of the building you'll find a biologic garden where some of the products used in the kitchen are grown. The tour of the winery is of great interest if you want to know more about wine production, especially on the scale of Les Celliers de Meknes. An absolutely dream-like experience if you're looking for some place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location, gourmet cuisine and good wine in the middle of the Moroccan countryside.

Interesting medina, market and main square. Short (free) visit to mausoleum is main event, otherwise not a lot to do. Probably 1 day/night is sufficient. Use as a base for half day visit to Volubolis. Limited decent restaurants , most are in Riads. Don't believe the online videos or guidebooks that say that the whole of Meknes is a building site! While there is a lot of renovation going on, there are still marvelous things to see and do. The medina is very interesting and comes with very little hassling. Its worth taking a day trip - or longer - to the mid Atlas mountains.Guest review byJaneSouth Africa
