We loved the room, the location, the view - wish we could have stayed longer. The building is quite new and modern, there is a gated parking lot belonging to the hotel. About 8 min walk north there was some nice snorkeling. Lots of good restaurants within a few mins walk. A bit away from the craziness of the very center.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, the cleaners came everyday and made the room very clean and tidy. The hotel has a brilliant central location and a lovely rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Rooms are modern and big.

An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

Value for money if you want to stay min. 1 week in resorts. The food was great, services and employees with good manners, will come again. Whole hotel concept is base on "cottages in nature" that connects beach and reception. Beach is great, you will for sure find your space for your towel. Armando the bar tender at beach bar was very attentive and drinks had good selection and tasted good. I had a great week here!

This hotel has so many things in their favor!!! Their rooms are huge in size, very clean and the bed and pillows so comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, varied and delicious. Their staff was so friendly and always wanting to help. They are located close to many restaurants, downtown, shopping , a supermarket, a movie theater, a pickleball court and a taxi stand. I will come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hostelito. Staff was super nice and helped wherever they could. It's just a few minutes away from the ferry and there are a lot of restaurants around. The rooftop pool is just awesome for sunsets. The room is quite big, a bit outdated but still clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked having access to the main "Fiesta Americana" hotel and its amenities, that the beach always had available beds, and a reasonably diverse range of drinks and food included in the all inclusive package. The rooms were also a good size and the jungle-like location and styling really helps things feel private

Breakfast ,lunch n dinner gave us a Tex Mex flavour with quite a Mekiko cuisine variety! T' was good as anytime you could get a bite! Cocktails n mocktails were refreshings! Staff were efficient and friendly and good guest sense of service! The only downside was the beach which was unkempt!

I liked the small kitchen in our room. The A/C was plenty cold. Was really cool to see the Cruise ships just outside our windows everyday. The ocean view was awesome and relaxing. The snorkeling was spectacular at the seaside of the hotel.

If you love the sea, snorkeling and diving this is the right place for you. Fabulous sea world and fun divers brother/sisterhood. The island is also visited by many big cruise ships and that changes the intimate feel of some locations when those ships are inn.

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving.

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving. While the people are friendly and the number of good restaurants has increased over that time, unfortunately the reef has been degraded effecting the diving experience. Its is my contention the powers that control Cozumel care more about making money from cruise ships than the environment, local people or infrastructure of Cozumel.

I enjoyed the natural beauty of the areas outside the touristy downtown area. I rented a scooter and drove the entire perimeter of the island (about 2 hours around without stops), but there are a few sightseeing locations, so plan a bit more time. I was there to go scuba diving and it did not disappoint. Once you get out of the touristy areas Cozumel is basically a rundown Caribbean island with not much to offer.
