With a view like this just as you step out of the lobby how could you pass on staying at this hotel? Beautiful. When you can hear the low rumble of thunder and the soft touch of rain drops while you sleep then you know you're in for a relaxing night. There's everything you need as well, unlimited drinking water, a fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils, washing machine etc. this hotel is stacked. On top of this the staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The service is the base of this cake and the location, amenities and views are the icing on top. Highly recommend!

What an amazing stay! Needed to book in a day early, hugely accommodating with extending dates and late check out on day of departure. The property was stunning, a real oasis in the city. Lots of charm and character. The most sustainability conscious place we stayed in Malaysia. Despite all of that the highlights were the staff, personable, professional and nothing was too much. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s stylish and elegant. But most importantly, the staff are really kind. They took really good care of me. There were some confusion with my booking but they sorted it out quickly, I was very happy with my room. It’s clean and very comfortable to stay in, especially during the hot days in Kuala Lumpur.

Was happy with the stay starting from a friendly check-in process as we could have an early check-in. Though the hotel is rather big they managed to create a home-like atmosphere because of caring employees. Tasty breakfasts with good choices. Clean spacious room with an amazing view and comfortable bed.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.

Friendly people everywhere.

Friendly people everywhere. Always happy to help when help was needed. Only downside was the long ride from the airport to get there, an hour+. I did hearthat the train was much quicker. Worth trying the next time I go.

My last visit is in the 70's.

My last visit is in the 70's. The place has improved to a world standard. A clean city, nice polite people, nice buildings and up to date modern transportation. Able to purchase taxi voucher in a booth in the airport and alight a lined up taxi line proves an orderly manner and avoid ripe off foreign visitors by unscrupulous taxi drivers. Really thoughtful and organisation by the management.

take the open bus at night time to see the beautiful city lights , do visit the shopping mall and the amazing food courts within . Malaysian food is a must to try. visit a night street market if you can .
