The manager is very helpful and very kind. Helped me safely get to the hotel. The room was with beautiful view over the field. Very beautiful garden and nice view for the sunset. Calm and relaxing. But close to the busy streets by walk. Room was clean and cosy.

The staff are exceptional, so helpful in dropping us off to town, taking us to the doctors, picking us up from the bus station and organising our safari. They were very understanding and accomodating to our changing schedule. They also came and got us when a rhino was passing by on the street. On site there is great restaurant with cheap food prices and room service. Hot showers and mosquito nets in the room. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Chital Lodge is perfectly located next to Chitwan National Park, where we were able to walk in to the park for our walking safari during our stay. The yard and dining area is cozy where we spent some of our evenings eating delicious Momos from the kitchen. Our most valuable memory from Chital lodge is the walking safari hosted by stay owner Bishnu, who is knowledgeable walking in Chitwan since a kid, where he took us in to the national park on foot teaching us a lot about the nature, the area and the animals. It was truely a once in a lifetime experience! Learning about Chitwan and Nepal walking through the beautiful terrain and seeing the animals that day! Rooms are bare and for us wanting the experience by the nature was really value for money. Could not recommend enough!! Thank you to Bishnu and your family!

Everything in Chitwan was so easy thanks to their help. I only had one full day and one half day there, but I was able to do everything I wanted—at a great price too. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to ensure your stay at the hotel and your safari tours are perfect. Stayed few days here, wildlife adventure activities was wonderfully great, guide was super with very good price, Breakfast and Nepali good was exceptionally good. Beautifully green garden with fruits, trees, flowers very peaceful area, walkable distance to major planes of Sauraha , over all fantastic place to be. I really recommend Hotel Safari Suite. That was the nicest and cleanest hotel that I've encountered during my visit to Nepal. Everything was as in description, including electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room. When I visited they also offered complimentary pickup and drop off at the bus station. The hotel is located in the quiet street that was within the walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river side. The park guide associated with the hotel deserves a special recognition. We went with him on a private whole day jeep safari and he went above and beyond to show us as many animals as possible. We saw two tigers that day, while many other people didn't have such luck.

Price quality is pretty good the owner was very friendly and welcoming and helps me arranging the safari tours to Chitwan National Park. The pick up from the bus station was one of the best that you can used especially arriving from a long bus journey. The rooms were perfect plenty of space. Although I only got a fan room, believe me it is more satisfying, airconditioning wasn’t necessary. The wifi works very well inside the room so for bloggers looking for a perfect internet connection this is the place to be. The bathroom is huge as well with good shower and hot water. There’s a kettle inside the room, hangers and one free bottle of water. If you want the room to be clean up just left the key at the reception and when you come back everything is cleaned.

An excellent and welcoming hotel in the Chitwan National Park area. Excellent hotel restaurant with daily live entertainment, hotel staff exceptionally helpful and always smiling and dedicated. We enjoyed the rich breakfast, vegetables, fruit and if the breakfast was not buffet style, it was possible to order directly with the chef's recommendation. Quiet outdoor seating by the pool. The insulation from the jungle heat was fantastic. Accommodation in cabins with all comfort and cleanliness. Everything down to the last detail. Foods generally very reasonably priced, more expensive alcohol is generally a matter of Nepal. The air conditioning is perfect and necessary, the toilet is clean, daily cleaning, the possibility to make coffee, fast internet as a matter of course. English as a language of communication is a matter of course. The Barahi chain of hotels is very similar and the services are exactly the same, at a high level. There is a swimming pool, a bar and places to rest and sunbathe. A 24/7 restaurant is the norm, security at the entrance always greets you and directs you if you ask for advice. Safari is a chapter unto itself. Breakfast in the jungle is inimitable. We saw a rhino right across the river from the hotel. We will definitely return to the hotel next year and can only recommend it. The price level is excellent, you will be hard pressed to find a better one. A clear choice for us.

I highly recommend staying at Jungle Safari Resort. Indeed this was a return visit having had a fantastic stay last year. Manager Sangam liaised with me before booking to plan a perfect itinerary. The hotel has very comfy large rooms set in an idyllic garden. Perfect location. The food is delicious, including packed lunches for our day safaris. Sangam, Sujan and all the staff were kind and paid attention to detail, such as providing a cold drink and fresh fruit when I arrived back after a hot day on safari. My jungle guide Gopal was excellent and full of information. He had guided me before and I specifically asked for him again. The accompanying guides Ram and Som were also excellent. I recommend doing both a jungle walk and a jeep safari to see the jungle in different ways. Definitely recommend you stay here and speak with manager Sangham in advance to book your safaris. He also arranged my travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan and then from Chitwan to Pokhara which was a great help.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Jungle Crown! The location is perfect, nestled close to nature yet easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!

We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national park, however, you can easily be ripped off by local guides and tour operators. Just shop around and remember that Jeep Safaris are a rip off because chanches of seeing any wild animal are extremely slim andyou end up spending 4 boring hours getting around the park. Make sure you know all options and talk to locals and tourist to find the best tour. I also recommend to visit the Tharu people site and see their dances, which is the best experience I had in this place

The location maps they point to are incorrect. It took me in the opposite direction. Even the mobile they provide is incorrect. I complained to the front desk staff to correct immediately so that the other client won't be misguided.

We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.

Make sure you visit the animal friendly project Stand Up 4 elephants! It’s free and you meet two rescue elephants ladies :) We did a full day jeep safari and a half day jungle walk+canoeing. We were lucky and saw a bear, a bison, wild elephants and rhinos. Lots of colourful birds, crocodiles, monkeys etc. but you need luck to see the big animals. It’s sad that it is allowed to ride elephants in the Nationalpark what is an absolutely animal crime and the idea of a Nationalpark is to protect animals and nature. Also, to make more money, they let start five jeeps with one or two guests in it instead of putting them together. So they need to make more efforts and be more eco friendly. It worth a visit when you are already in the country and have time. But two days are enough.

Gateway to safari’s either on foot or via Jeep. It township its self is a developing thriving hub with many restaurants, bars, tour / safari guide shopfronts. The riverside is peaceful with numerous animal sightings all day.

It was my second visit to Chitwan.

It was my second visit to Chitwan. I'll be returning again soon, to see more of what I haven't seen yet. I've, the crocodile breeding centre and the elephants. Plenty of places to choose from for meals. Easy to walk around the town, apart from where the streets are being improved. Plus, even when many tourists there, it doesn't seem crowded. Pleasant weather during my time there. Plus, I managed to see several football World Cup games, at different bars/restaurants.
