The staff I met in reception and breakfast room were very helpful! Two problems ,too big bicycle (rented), early departure before breakfast were solved with a smile. Bicycle swapped within minutes and breakfast in containers by the sweet "breakfast hostess" Also the reception woman helped me book my transport from Nelson to Kaiteriteri. Allinall superb staff! Beautiful river-wiev from balcony.

Room was clean and nice, comfy bed. We had a nice view of the garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location excellent, very close to the beach and the pool was great! Would totally stay there again!

The bedroom was nice. Clean sheets, comfy bed, good size bath and awesome shower. The outside area of the restaurant and hotel is clean and it has a beautiful view.

The apartment was well equipped with microwave, laundry, dryer, stove stop, cooking appliances, utensils etc. Bathroom floor was heated which was a brilliant touch. Staff were attentive and made sure the rooms were ready for our estimated time of arrival. Located centrally to Nelson’s main Center. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
