Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Very beautiful resort. The trip to the resort is a nice adventure. I definitely recommend arriving in daylight, but the journey is not difficult. Amazing and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are included in the price, which was very nice. Thank you for this unforgettable stay in Oman near the beautiful Wadi.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

The room was beautiful and super comfortable, with everything we needed. We received such a warm welcome; we honestly felt more at home than in a hotel. Communication was great, and the breakfast was spectacular. For the price, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. In terms of value for money, I’d say it’s the best option in Muscat. It’s also close to most main attractions
