The property was in a good location and well kept. The room was neat and comfortable. Valerie assisited us with checking in and out, she was amazing. Absolutely fabulous. We got an upgrade for a Otemanu View overwater bungalow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and free of charge (any equipment - snorkelling, canoe, etc). We had a fantastic stay and we recommend this hotel from all our hearts!!!
