    Camiguin was the final destination and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Nypa Resort - thank you so much to Ilenia, Stefano and their amazing staff. We stayed in the Rainbow Villa (Villa with Garden View) - very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a wonderful deck to relax on in the evening. Our room was also cleaned every day and the general decor/vibe of the villa made it an amazing place to wake up in and come home to. From the moment we arrived, Ilenia and Stefano went above and beyond to help us get the most out our stay with recommendations on what to visit including the best spots for snorkelling, must-see sights and good itineraries for the days we were staying. We rented a motorbike from the resort and also booked transport to and from the airport - everything was seamless! Special mention to the restaurant within the resort - Sapore. Whether you're eating Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, you will leave with a happy and full stomach from the delicious food including homemade bread and pasta plus fresh juices. My mouth is watering as I type and think of it! Thanks again Stefano, Ilenia and all. For anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Camiguin, Nypa will be your home away from home.

    Mambajao is the center of most of the places a tourist can...

    Mambajao is the center of most of the places a tourist can go to. I highly recommend staying in Mambajao during your trip to Camiguin. Camiguin overall offers lots of scenery and tourist spots. To me, Camiguin is the best place to relax. It's a plus if you know how to ride a motorcycle. We stayed there for 6 days. On our first day, we just stayed in the accommodation. Their place is very relaxing (Borbon TreeHouse), you may check them out. On the second day, we went to White Island and Ardent Hot Spring (it is no longer hot). On the 3rd day, we went to Mantigue. On the 4th day, we stayed at the accommodation since it was raining. 5th day, we went on a day tour. We booked a tour for a day and went to several places (Tuasan Falls, Katibawasan Falls, Sunken Cemetery, Soda Water Pool, Santo Nino Cold Spring) and I can say it was the best and worth the price. We paid 1700 for the day tour.

    This is a great place to jump off and explore the island and...

    This is a great place to jump off and explore the island and several offshore islands for snorkeling. We went to White Island, and also to Mantigue in the south. We basically went around the whole island on the Circumfirencial hwy. Snorkeled at the sunken cemetery and also at Cabuan community. The giant climbs area is closed due to government regulations trying to implement very high taxes on the owner. We were able to snorkel just to the right of the clam sanctuary property. Water is kind of rough there so be careful, water shoes are highly recommended. Visited two different waterfalls. Nice changing rooms and very refreshing water. Really like the beehive restaurant. Would be a great place to enjoy the sunset from but we just had ice cream and some cookies. All delicious. we ate three times at Tambayan se Kanto, aka the tuna restaurant. Also ate at 18seafood. Our favorite items are Kinilaw and tuna sisig. Checked out Arden Hot Springs. They’re basically only warm springs these days, but it still was nice. If you need cash converted you have to go to Palawan pawnshop. Seems to be the only game in town all over the island. The local white room Tanguay is quite delicious when you mix it with Mango juice. Leave yourself extra cash if you bought additional baggage because the system is often down at the Kameen airport and won’t take credit cards. We were basically caught with our pants down and not enough cash. Quite stressful!

    It's a 10 minute ride via tuk tuk for 15 pesos where you can buy the things you need like groceries, bakery, restaurant, souvenir shop , ATM machine,etc.people are very friendly & helpful. LOVE WHITE ISLAND ARDENT HOT SPRING CAMANTIGUE ISLAND
