Our stay at this villa was fantastic. The house was spotless, tidy and fresh—exactly like the photos, if not better. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind, professional and attentive, explaining everything with a smile. The view was breathtaking—especially at sunset—and we truly enjoyed grilling in the garden gazebo while taking in that scenery. The outdoor area is peaceful and cozy, with plenty of seating and shade, and the indoor amenities were complete, so it felt just like home. The location is unbeatable: the ski slope is right next to the villa, and the cable car is literally 10 meters away. Easy access yet quiet and private. Large beautiful resort combines luxury hotel, thermal spa, aquapark and ski resort. You can get easily into thermal pools right from hotel area. As a hotel visitor we had unlimited access all thermal area sections. Hotel complex uses smart watch to substitute your wallet, so it is possible to leave all luxuries at room. Pools are filled with hot mineral water. There are many water attractions separated into thematic sections - no conflict between visitors who came to relax or having fun. Indoors and outdoors pools are connected with chamber. From pools is great view on Tatra mountains. Thermals are opened from 9am to 10pm, so we used them to relax after half-day hiking. We also appreciate hotel cuisine (restaurants, buffets, bars) - for that price it is a great experience. Hotel and room has natural wooden design with folk decorations. Everything comfortable, clean and calm.

Everything was awesome. We were sad to leave. Kind staff, super clean rooms, spa zone and all other facilities. Lovely playground for kids, unside playroom. Just excellent. Mountain view, location in small town Bialka Tatrzanska.
