Excellent location and fantastic facilities! The room was spacious enough for two people, nice bathroom and a cute little balcony. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was great! Plenty of choices and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Breakfast was amazing too. Great SPA facilities, easy to arrange treatments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore the area, walking distance to town centre.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment. The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. I loved that it was kids friendly, nice pool and kids accessories. Pleasant stuff, speaking Czech language and always very friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday decoration.

The hotel is in a beautiful place, the building looks great, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable with a beautiful view. It was obvious that someone had thought of our stay there, there were things like wine glasses with a cork screw we didn’t expect, a fridge. The room looked brilliant and the quality is fantastic.
