True 5 star hotel in the mountains. Both outside and inside swimming pools, 3 jacuzzies, nice modern rooms with balconies, amazing views at day and night, good parking. The breakfast was ideal and the dinner was just a nobleman feast, completely beyond any expectations, kids rated it "7 stars" - the best of great Polish kitchen with the choices beyond wide and highest food quality. Service oriented, not tired, friendly staff in reception and restaurants, high attention to details everywhere, like a separate big coffee machine for those who need lactose-free milk, free e-car charging, etc. etc....

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. I came to do some training with the road bike, so I especially liked the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants in town are about 15 minutes walk, and they are quite nice. The staff was very helpful, giving me a room to lock the bike in.

Location was great. The views were fantastic. The rooftop tarrace access was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable.

Excellent views (if you get the correct room), comfortable beds, warm and cozy flat, good kitchen, nice TV and easy access with a car. Parking only outside, no garage. Bathroom was good too and hot shower, everything was perfectly clean. Can recommend.

Fab location, peace and quiet, next to a stream. Great for hill walking. House was well presented and very cosy. Kitchen was very well equipped and bedrooms super comfortable. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were an added bonus. Thanks so much!

The rainy for days weather, luck of facility like restaurant and spa ( was advertised!) and scarcity of connection with Wifi made my stay not so pleasant. I decided to leave after 2 days ( I paid for 4 days).

The location was very quiet, large garden, spacious house.

The location was very quiet, large garden, spacious house. Possible to make last minute reservation. We could make fire. Disliked · The directions to get there which we got were very unclear. Not easy to find the main gate. We made the reservation in the evening. When we arrived two hours later the house wasn't still ready for check in and the land lady asked us to wait another half an hour outside so that she could clean the house. When we asked for some paper to make fire the owner was very irritated and reluctant. It wasn't possible to pay by Maestro as it was said in the reservation. The only way the land lady accepts the payment is by Revolut. It's always better to provide info beforehand and be upfront about the capacity or availability when the accommodation is not ready and clean.

A classic mountain town. Beautiful landscapes. Hiking trails, ski slopes. Lots of people and cars in the center. The city center itself is small, so there is not much to walk around in the evening. Maybe just go and look at souvenirs in the shops.

Zachełmie is a quiet village near the National Park of...

Zachełmie is a quiet village near the National Park of Karkonosze. It is a good spot for mountain trekking and bike rides. It is very close to the Choinik Castle. Not too many restaurants in the area. Excellent for those who seek quiet spot and want to escape from crowds.

A beautiful setting with some great restaurants and bars.

A beautiful setting with some great restaurants and bars. Although it was busy at the weekend during the day, it was very quiet on Sunday night and Monday during the day. Bars closed early but there was a great selection of late night ,local beers to be found at SPOT (highly recommended and friendly,helpful and informative staff).
