Staying at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

The location near the airport didn't bother us as we were out exploring the island all day. We loved to come back to our lovely, spotlessly cleaned, decorated with amicable taste apt. which smelled nice. Complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch each day. Kitchen had everything we needed and beyond including Nespresso machine. The apt. was quiet and had a patio overlooking the horses. Our son took a beginner lesson riding a horse which was a cherry on top! Still talks about his experience and already misses Biscuit. The pool and jacuzzi area are well maintained. The breakfast made of local products was very good. We enjoined our stay thanks to a very welcoming and attentive staff. Thank you!

The whole experience was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional, seriously something out of the ordinary. The hotel itself was gorgeous: you really feel like you are inside of an art gallery. The bar had a classy and cozy environment. The wellness center as also super, I really think they worked out the atmosphere with the dim lights and sounds to perfection. The location was ideal, and the food at the restaurant something memorable as well. I think this was the best hotel we tried during our week at the Azores, I cannot recommend it enough.

a boutique hotel in a beautiful location, surrounded by tropical plants in the most gorgeous setting. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The hot tub nestled in a small pineapple plantation was incredible, a real treat. This is a place for people looking for beauty and luxury in typical azorean style. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and luxurious.

We were here in January and it was the absolute right place for us! We enjoyed the sauna and the heated indoor pool with hangout a lot! also the outdoor pool is a beauty! The premises, the staff, the food were absolutely fantastic! Vegan friendly breakfast and menu in general, would definitely recommend!

I am used to travel a lot, but first time in my life, I found fantastic hotel with best ever stuff. If I want to have early check-in - no problem. I wanted order taxi, unexpectable parking place or any advice about Ponta Delgada - no problem. Free water, lemonade etc. Fantastic pool at the top and bar. Everything was amazing. Best regards for reception workers and room service which bring me tasty cookies every day :-)
