Nature Nest Bran is a gem of a place. The facilities and the host/staff exceeded all expectations. We would gladly stay here for an extended stay and we wholeheartedly recommend this place. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was gourmet quality. It was obvious everyone at this place takes the utmost pride in both their facility and their service. The view from the property is more than beautiful. Watching the rising sun sweep away the fog that lingered over the landscape was uplifting and started our day with an indescribable peace.

The view of the castle from the balcony was the primary reason I booked this hotel. I wasn't disappointed. Sitting outside, looking at the illuminated castle with the sound of the river flowing alongside us at night, even though it was close to freezing, was blissful. The room and the bathroom were a lot nicer than I expected. The photos don't do them justice. I was there in March and the temperature outside was cold, but the room was nice and warm and the shower had ample hot water. Check in was uncomplicated with a key code at the main door and a room key at reception. The breakfast room had stunning views of the castle and the surrounding countryside. We chose to just have some simple cheese and toast for breakfast, as we weren't hungry, but omelette and eggs were also on offer. Coffee and different teas were available for us to serve ourselves. We were able to use the parking after check out, which was good because it was a mere 10 minutes walk from there to the castle and 5 minutes to restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was very friendly and spent time to chat with us. There is seating outside, with splendid views, just a little bit too cold for us to take advantage of this in March.

Claudia and Russel made this residence a "Perferct Ten". Full of happy surprises, perfect room, great location, super value for money, clean, large, with a bathroom I could live in, all places were warm, perfect temperature.
