I had a two-bedroom suite for one night. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The entire villa is well-maintained, with a large backyard that has several areas where children can play. At the back of the yard, there's a small stream. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Inside there are two large dinning areas where you can stay and enjoy some time or eat, and if you prefer outside, there are a few benches with tables and a barbeque.

I came there as a stage of my trekking from Poiana Brasov to Predeal. Nice staff, comfortable room, great view at the Bucegi mountains and great dishes let relax after the exhaustive walk. I do fully recommend.

A great town with a lot of interesting places to visit however isince few years ago you can see a degradation with roads that are left without repairs, houses left occupied, fewer tourists than before....

It's a great spot for travel (if you have a personal car) - it's at the center of most of the tourist spots in the area (Rasnov, Predeal, Bran, etc). The only downside is the travel measures - it has no bus/maxi taxi; the only means to travel would be by the personal vehicle or regular taxi IF you go by taxi - prepare to spend a good dime on it If you go by personal vehicle (car/bike), it will be one of the most enjoyable experiences ever.

I spent a few summer days in Predeal, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and refreshing places I’ve visited in Romania. I arrived on a quiet morning, welcomed by cool mountain air and the fresh scent of pine trees — the perfect escape after the noise and heat of the city. I stayed at a cozy guesthouse near the forest, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Each morning started with a cup of coffee and the sound of birds, while the sun slowly lit up the ridges in the distance. I went on light hikes to Cabana Susai and through the surrounding woods — well-marked trails, great for relaxing without being too challenging. In the evenings, I tried a few local restaurants and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Trout and wild mushroom stew were definitely highlights. The atmosphere was calm, the locals were friendly, and everything moved at a slower, more peaceful pace. What I appreciated most about Predeal was the combination of natural beauty, clean air, and how easy it was to get there. No crowds, no stress. Just nature, quiet, and time to breathe. I’ll definitely be going back.

Beautiful mountain resort in one of the highest points on the Prahova Valley. Amazing forests and nearby mountains, great for hiking trails during the summer and skying in the winter. Beware of the wild bears though, they've become a dangerous problem as of 2025!
