Despite us having family issues at that time, the staff were attentive, kind and supportive. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the parking area was safe. The hotel building is modest, but modern and clean.

I liked the hotel, the original design, almost like a museum, good location, 5 minutes walk to the center, the breakfasts are delicious, quite varied, the beds are soft and comfortable, the room was clean, there is everything you need.

Villa Larus is a beautiful accommodation with an even more beautiful pool, located just steps away from the charming Palić Lake. Everything you need is nearby – restaurants, shops, and even the zoo is just a short walk away. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast was great. But what truly made our stay memorable were the hosts – kind, helpful, and incredibly supportive. When our car broke down, they went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we still had a wonderful stay despite the setback. All in all, a lovely experience – we’re full of praise and definitely planning to return!

The hotel's position in the Old City Center on one side of the pedestrian zone, with shops, restaurants and terraces nearby. Clean everywhere, quiet, friendly staff, positive response to our written requirements at the time of booking (including parking), luxurious room, tasty and sufficient breakfast (served both as a portion when there are few tourists or as a buffet), wellness, spa and pool services included in price. An overall relaxing, pleasant and unique atmosphere due to the theme chosen for the arrangement of the common spaces and the rooms (Baroque Style).

It is a great place for your vacation or just for a short getaway from the city. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The whole area is huge and has a lot of potential for walking, swimming and having picnics. The gardens look awesome, they are very well taken care of. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Do not miss to have a breakfast with home made food, very tasty! Though the place is a bit far from Subotica and Palic, you can also easily get a delivery from the restaurants.

Everything was so nice. The location is basically ground 0. You exit the hotel and you are right in the center of Novi Sad. The staff is very nice. The food was very consistent. The view from the room was awesome. (5'th floor with citadell view). The parking is quite small tho. About 6 cars max. You gotta be lucky to catch a place. I recomend 100%

Palić is a beautiful and peaceful place next to the lake. It is convenient for the walk, jogging or maybe light cycling. There are few restaurants around, but not much else of some other content. There is also a great aqua park. If you have a car, the town centre of Subotica is nearby.

This is a rare and beautiful city that offer beautiful historical architecture and ambience (along with the conveniences of modern life), and some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets that you might ever see. Also, the air here is SO GOOD that you will want to spend all of your time outside while here.

I liked this small town because it was more quiet than Belgrade or Novi Sad but you still have some nice places to visit for sightseeing and everything you might need (restaurants, supermarkets, public transport)

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult...

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult smokes and most cafes don't enforce a non-smoking policy. I unfortunately stayed in the centre of Stari Grad where all the loud bars and clubs are and there is no real legal policy on noise pollution. I honestly don't know how people live here full time. Due to this, I had to stay in a lot of other places on the weekends (+ I also visited Belgrade on occassion). This meant I could (hopefully) get some quality sleep. But having said this, I didn't get to fully explore the city and all it has to offer but the main area of Stari Grad is very nice culturally and a nice place to walk. I also think the river should be more accessible with nice paths alongside it. It's either a main stretch of busy road or once you hit a certain place it's blocked off and you have to pay the beach venue to access it which is a shame.

Subotica is a beautiful city with stunning architecture and lots of greenery. The fountains and parks make it even more charming. Restaurants are affordable and the food is incredibly tasty. Palić Lake and the nearby zoo are just a short drive away, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. Truly a lovely place to visit!

Palic is beautiful but very small, so its perfect for the 2-day trip since there are not many options for you to visit and explore. Really nice Zoo for kids! The lake and surrounding are really nice and enjoyable, but be aware of mosquitos;

The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings.

The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings. You can take a walk and find friendly places to drink coffee or beer and later take one of famous restoration to eat (at 2024 they have four listed on Gault & Millau). If you have more than one day take a walk in wide parks near the city and visit some sports events.

Novi Sad comes alive at night, lots of bars, restaurants etc. We were lucky and arrived when there was live music at the fortress (free) and the once a month night market ( first Friday of the month, 6-12) where we sampled lots of local homemade produce. Fortress is wonderful. Huge site, free to wander. Museum was interesting.
