2nd trip, this is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and a nice size. The bar and restaurant are excellent and serve a nice variety of food and drinks at very competitive prices. Two members of staff made our stay: 1. JELENA STEFANOVICE. thank you for your warm smile and very attentive service. You are the best reception I have ever met. 2. PETAR KOSTIE, my friend, it was a pleasure to meet you. You are obviously only happy when you are making your guests happy. You have a natural customer care attitude. You made a very wet restrictive day a pleasure by looking after our every need. The location in Pirot. This is. fast developing region, visited by lots of Bulgarians (i am Belgo/Bulgarian now). The bed is outstanding and the breakfast is really perfect for a sportsman like me. Perfect location and car can be parked always in the back.

First things first, the apartment is in a great location. Just behind a shopping mall, with all kinds oh shops, restaurants and a supermarket and a walkaway from the city centre. It’s also overlooking Nisava river. Secondly, the apartment is spick and span, super comfy and very quiet, especially during night time. The hosts were welcoming and friendly,super responsive.
