The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)Guest review byPetarSerbia

The hotel restaurant that also serves breakfast is excellent The staff is kind, helps with tourism and anything that is missing in the room (nothing was missing) The place is very suitable for couples, families and individuals who like peace, an open view, a relaxed atmosphere of a freedom village and clean air. If you have a car, it's a very short drive to the center and it's very convenient to go to plenty of trips and attractions in the area. I was without a car and I really enjoyed the walks around the hotel, in the village and in the nature around it - I learned to walk to the city center through the paths in the village like the locals (it won't suit everyone) and it was great. Pool clean and enough for all the guests. We were there with teens, they enjoyed it! Location was perfect for us as not in the hustle and bustle of centre but close enough. 10-15min walk but there are closer food shops. The outdoor sitting area was lovely to soak up the gardens with a distant buzz of the city. Zlatibor is incredible place with a beautiful nature, lots of walking trails, plenty of markets where you can buy hand made goods ( wool vests and socks, jams, rakijas, creams and lotions for different health issues, honey and plenty more), plenty of restaurants and fast food options, lots of shopping places and plenty of entertainment at the central square! I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new...
I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new buildings without any urbanistic planning, really ruins the vibe. But, if you use the center mainly for overnight staying and benefits of having stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby it's a great base for exploring the mountain because there are really a lot of great places just few minutes away by car.Guest review byVojkanSerbia
