Nice hotel, more than i can expect from 3* stars rated hotel. Arrived to the hotel late, checked in very quickly, got many tips from the girl from reception about hotel, attractions nearby. The room ( studio) was good, clean, exactly looks like on hotels photo on site. Breakfast - good, there was plenty of food - good choice for every one i think. Unfortunately, because of family affair we had to break our vacations and left hotel on 3rd night ( instead of 6th). And the price for staying was deducted - great surprise, i didnt even expested it. I will come to this hotel again - and I can recommend it to my friends and customers.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. A beautiful, recently renovated hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and warm. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)

Everything was as described, spaceous apartment, clean. Pool clean and enough for all the guests. We were there with teens, they enjoyed it! Location was perfect for us as not in the hustle and bustle of centre but close enough. 10-15min walk but there are closer food shops. Staff very helpful, a big shout out to Ljubica, thank you for all your help. Other girls were nice too, Tamara and the other lady (sorry don't know your name) All in all great, would highly recommend and return.

This location is an ideal balance between outdoor space and city living convenience. the apartment was spacious with a bathroom on both floors. The outdoor sitting area was lovely to soak up the gardens with a distant buzz of the city. The lake with parks, restaurants, markets/shops and an amusement park is the place to be in Zlatibor and it was conveniently only a 2 min walk through the gardens.
