I had to leave early to catch a train at 7:00am, the breakfast didn't start until 07:30, but the staff made me a takeaway breakfast. Room was nice, overlooking the town square, nice view. Room was clean.

I have gluten allergy and there was gluten-free bread for breakfast and I could eat gluten-free meal. We arrived to the hotel and the next day we wanted to go hiking, but my car's battery dead. The hotel staff helped for us. He took me with the hotel's car to the nearby town (Brezno), where I could buy a new battery. He took me back to the hotel and helped to replace the battery and the car was repaired. I am very grateful to the hotel staff. They saved our vacation.
